We were asked to pull around to wait for our order to be ready, not a big deal, however after waiting for nearly twenty minutes and seeing numerous cars processing through the drive through with their food, being approached a few times with the wring order, we went back around to check to see if we could get our order. They had it sitting and waiting apparently but forgot to give it to us. The food we received was fresh and very very good–LOVE Popeyes chicken! But, they forgot our fries and our biscuits and our sauces. So, a half hour wait and $21 for 8 chicken nuggets, a popcorn shrimp and iced tea. I was very polite through the process but am pretty disappointed to be missing nearly half our order.

I understand this is a new establishment, but they have to get it together. I ordered a 10 piece family meal and got a box of greasy chicken thighs. No biscuits because they said they were out. 2 sides were fries. I had to ask for them twice and when I got it home, it was 2 small fry in large boxes. I’m leaving this review because that was my 3rd time going there and it just got worse each visit. Not to mention I was in drive thru lines for 45 mins. And the younger crew is rude.

I’d give a zero star review if I could. Spent $30 on two chicken nugget platters. The nuggets were stale and all breading, barely any chicken at all. Food was cold and felt like they had fried these nuggets hours ago. It’s a complete disappointment, and if this establishment is brand new, I fear this sets the tone for however long they last.

It is still closed and under construction, but it has made great progress compared to previous photos and reviews. The most noticable thing is the new drive thru order screen! Cant wait to get some fresh original Popeyes chicken and dirty rice! Here are a couple updated photos of the building, logo, drive thru and lot.

Wow!! Complete waste of $12.55. First time trying Popeyes in my life. Highly anticipated for them to open! Finally went today, ordered a 12pc chicken nugget combo and I was HIGHLY disappointed!! Barely any chicken and mostly batter. After the second piece I gave up, felt nauseous. The Cajun fries were ok, Cook Out has better fried than this. The only thing I was able to eat was the Bisquit. I am still hungry and upset I chose to try it out! To top it off I didn’t get a copy of my receipt to confirm this is a nugget meal, the pieces are oddly huge (excess of batter).

Ordered classic chicken sandwich with no mayo and got a roasted sandwich with gobs of mayo. The biscuits were like hockey pucks and went straight in the trash. Ghost pepper wings were decent but clearly not fresh. Disappointing experience all the way around.
