The service was very very friendly! That goes along way with me. The fried chicken was seasoned to perfection, and you can tell they try and keep their fryers clean. The batter didn’t have that old grease texture or flavor.

Not clean, surly staff, understaffed with drive thru frequently closed. Overall it promoted as unsafe atmosphere. Our order was roughly put together and the biscuits which were a part of the meal were not provided. While I like the product I will look for other less convenient locations for my purchases and if the same level of staff, management, and store cleanliness look to another provider. Hopefully owners are not aware of the poor conditions of this site and can make corrections?

I wish I could give 0 stars. I visited this location today on June 4, 2023, around 12:40 PM. The male cashier swiped my card for $26 for 2 3-pc meals. Not only did they not have mild chicken, they were out of biscuits. He told me about the chicken but when I opened up the boxes there weren’t any biscuits. I asked him why did he swipe my card when they don’t have what I paid for. A verbal altercation ensued. He asked if I wanted a refund and I said that would be good. This cashier literally held onto my bank card and told me he was not going to give it back unless I gave the food back. So now this turned into theft and I became even more angrier. He ended up giving my card back because he knew I was not backing down because I know my rights. We all know in the food industry, you don’t take food back. So, it was very inappropriate for him to tell me he was not giving my card back until he got the food back. He was the one who offered the refund so not quite sure what he would do with food that was touched and inspected. I sure hope he was not gonna put it back up for the next customer. Customer service is poor and 10/10 don’t recommend this place!

The Manger with the gap in her teeth was not fit to be in the position she has. She was not friendly. When I looked at my food I noticed it looked like skin that missed some flour. So I ask for some chicken with the crispy skin, she looked at me shook her head like It was my fault, gave me some better chicken minus my biscuit didn’t say sorry about that or have a nice day. I want spend my money at this location again .

Kids insisted on spicy crispy chicken sandwiches and fries. They were not disappointed. Asked for the same thing the next day. Fries were fresh, hot, crispy and cooked perfectly. Sandwich was juicy, crispy and delicious and the butterfly shrimp. Let’s just say, I ate the tails.

This has to be the worst Popeyes I’ve been to. The employees there are rude and disrespectful. I have been here at least 3 times and EVERY time my order is wrong, and this last time I had a piece of my chicken broken off. This place needs to be managed better or shut down. The wait in the drive-thru is never less than 10 mins. You won’t have to worry about me going to this location again, it’s atrocious!! Here is the picture of the piece of chicken that looks as of some one decided they wanted it…. Pathetic

My first time having the spicy chicken sandwich and I bit into nothing but uncooked, chicken flavored dough. The staff was mediocre seeing as though I’d just paid and was coming inside. Had to wait although the only customer and the guy using the fake British accent at the drive through had me think this was a hidden camera show. No this place was just a joke.

The food has never been a problem for me. It’s mainly the customer service and the fact that they are never properly staffed. For some reason, they ask you to come inside rather than ordering through the drive-thru.
