I think they’re trying to get on their feet again after a severe shortage of staff. Chicken was cooked a little too long and was dry. Fries were great. Took forever to get waited on and then forever to get food so I wouldn’t call it a fast food restaurant at this point. I the management at this place is working hard to improve the situation but they do have a little ways to go yet.

I was bringing my wife home from the VA hospital and we stopped here when I-40 was backed up. My wife tried to order and she was struggling because she has severe neurological issues. I explain to the man taking our order and he was patient and very kind to my wife and I. I went to the bathroom and I heard the man call our name indicating that our order was ready. When my wife struggled to get up to get our order the man came from behind the counter and took our order to my wife. The chicken sandwiches and sides were great. I believe the guy was probably a Manger or assistant but I appreciate how kind he was to my wife and I.

The only reason I haven’t put a great review is not that I have had the food or that service has been bad, but every time I have come to try your food it has always been closed but after reading all the reviews I don’t think I really wanna try your food. Between cold food, bugs in food, waiting for food that ended up being given to someone else, charged more than what you ordered, and the possibility of drugs being sold inside just makes me feel like maybe I saved myself. I have never seen so many bad reviews for one place. Maybe everyone is right, and this place isn’t worth keeping in the town of canton or need to get a fresh crew of people.

They do not pay their employees I have went 2 pay periods without it being fixed I have clock out slips to prove the hrs I worked even though I was told By the new DM Jeremy Doll that he goes by the computer system and calculated somehow 5.17 hrs when one of my time slips I by the grace of God had 19.50 on it. I have reached out to HR and they are dragging their feet and keep telling me it’s being handled it’s been 2 pay periods and I still have not received the money that I worked for. It’s illegal yet so many people have not been paid for working. I quit and now I don’t get paid I know it was intentional absolutely intentional it’s not right and action will be taken!!!

Took 10 minutes at sitting at the drive-through order box to get our order taken. Then after that I took another 15 minutes to get our food at the window. We were the only people in line. The people inside that were working were talking about drugs. And there was stuff all over the outside container of the food I ordered.

The chicken was so dry we couldn’t eat it though the server said it was just coming out of the fryer. The Cole slaw was stale and the mashed potatoes had no flavor. The biscuits and iced tea were very good.

This place is horrible. Never fresh chicken/sides. Dry chicken. Mac and chees I recieved looks like it sat there for 6 hours before being served. 15$ for a 3 piece chicken tender combo that isn’t even fresh is a joke.
