Girl at window not very friendly. I did not feel like my order mattered to her. I asked if there was a senior discount or military discount. I ordered a sandwich and asked how much would a drink cost? Both were almost 8.00. Too expensive for me. I just got sandwich. With the number of active duty military members, vets, & seniors, I would think our business would be important. Apparently not. The sandwich was crisp, hot, as I have had at other locations. The window cashier was icy!

I went here and got a 3 piece chicken tender meal. It was 14 dollars and some change for half cooked chicken tenders, and a hard biscuit and fries. My son went to bojangles and got a thigh and wing meal with mashed potatoes, dirty rice and a biscuit for 9 dollars and some change and their food was good. Atleast if you are going to charge that much, make sure the food is good. On the bright side, the workers were friendly.

I’ve been to this Popeyes multiple times. Be prepared to wait at least 15 possibly 20 minutes when you go here. Ordering ahead in the app won’t help. Might as well go to a sit down place since you’ll probably get food faster

What a joke. Opened the new store. Went once for ourselves, didn’t have fries. 4 times have come for door dash pickups. Twice they were missing or out of food. Once we waited 10 minutes before eventually cancelling the pickup, then another time were told the store wouldn’t be OPEN for another ten minutes. At almost 6pm. On a Friday. Idk what is going on at this location but if you want chicken you’re better off eating literally anywhere else.

Food was great on my first visit when they opened this location. However, I’ve tried it twice since then and the experience was terrible both times. The dining room is always locked so you have to go through the drive thru and wait a half hour for your food. The last time I went, they just left like half the food out of the order. And on top of everything else, the food had obviously been cooked a LONG time ago, because literally everything was cold and greasy. The wings, tenders, fries, Mac & cheese, even the biscuits. All stale and cold. Never again!

Service extremely slow, food was aweful. Did not taste like Popeyes chicken, chicken dark and greasy, beans/rice mushy, ordered wings, got thighs, ordered 5 piece got 3 breast 2 thighs, replaced with one brest 3 drums and 1 thigh, was so disappointed and after waiting almost for 20 mins in drive thru and 40 min for them to make it right. On rode trip made family sick had to throw away 38 dollars worth of food. Didn’t eat biscuits or sides. Biscuit hard and side cold. Worse experience ever.

This place is a pure dumpster fire!!! Once again I ordered on the mobile app gave them 20 minutes to get it ready and wanted to pick up in store but the doors are all locked so I get to sit in the long slow drive through!!! Nothing like waiting about an hour to get “fast food”!! This is sadly my last try with this place!! There is a reason it has so many 1 star reviews!!! Corporate needs to step in and do something!!!

I would give it a 0 if I could. Horrible food, horrible customer service, horrible management. Got the food and it all tasted and looked like it had been sitting under the heating lamp all day. Nothing was fresh. When I asked to talk to the manager, he came out in a sopping wet wife beater with stains over it a button up that was unbutton sweating bullets with his pants sagging. When I asked for a refund for the food because it was not edible he advised me that he was not authorized to give out refunds that it would have to be a general manager to come back tomorrow, and that would it would get handled. Tried to call the store multiple times to get in contact to make sure the general manager was there so I didn’t make a trip over there for nothing and no one answer the phone.

Holy moly what a mess. Got two chicken sandwiches, two orders of fries and two mashed potatoes on a Thursday at 7. The buns were rock solid. Almost as if they were made earlier and just sitting there for a while before given to us. The fries were cold and tasted stale. Mashed potatoes were good. Kind of a bummer after spending $20.
