$11 for three chicken strips, and a side of red beans and rice and the soda. And they can’t even fill up the red beans and rice container. literally half full if that. I went to the counter and asked them to fill it up and she said that’s just how it is. But why is my larger red beans and rice full to the lid?

We were headed back to North Carolina and wanted to have some Popeyes before we went back. We passed this one on the road and I put in an online order through their app. The inside was open for mobile order pickups only, so we went inside and waited for our order. The people that were working seemed very annoyed with us for coming inside, and we felt a little unwelcome, but we made out alright. I ordered an 8 piece chicken nugget by itself, but it appears that the workers upgraded it to a meal and gave me 10 pieces of chicken and a sweet tea that I didn’t ask for, but totally welcomed. We got the large mac and cheese, and I got a small mashed potatoes with the gravy. The mac and cheese is interesting and honestly a little bland. The mashed potatoes were great! The gravy is amazing. All in all, the customer service aspect was lacking, but they made up for it with the extra food!

Greatly improved from a couple years ago. I had a great experience with my pickup order today. Short wait, accurate order, good service, and food was delicious. I highly recommend the chicken nuggets, biscuits, and Mac and cheese. The Oreo cheesecake cup was tasty too.

We arrived and were in the middle of placing our order when an employee came over to the register to clock out. There were 13 of us. The manager asked if the employee could stay a little while longer, and he said, “I told you I wasn’t staying,” and left. Unfortunately, it put the manager and other employees in a bad situation to have to prepare 13 orders. Eventually, they had to close the dining room for incoming customers. However, they rocked it! Props to the manager for handling the situation with complete professionalism and to the other employees for their great customer service.

dine in not open. Went through drive through and told the guy I had a hearing disability. Ask about wings and since the drive through speaker is horrible and my hearing, I though he said I could get 8 wings. Suddenly a woman came on the speaker and said I could only order 2 wings. I requested to pull up to discuss my order and she yelled at me “NO” so I didn’t order. This is a great example of discrimination and not even trying to assist. there was no cars behind me when I made my request. this is going to corporate and it isn’t the first time the staff were rude and would not even budge to assist when placing an order.

The lady was very kind, I ordered a 6 piece chicken tenders, and it came with two biscuits and 2 sides (fries). The only thing was hot were the fries, but I was in a hurry to get to my destination coming in from out of town, so I didn’t turn around and that was my fault! So just check your food

We came through drive through and order and 20 piece meal. I tried to customize it with wings and legs because I have smaller kids and was told I couldn’t do it. When I got home and open up my box I had mostly thighs with 2 3 wings and 2 legs. So clearly they was trying to be funny and give me bigger pieces of chicken. Never again I’ll drive out into Columbia before I order from here again.
