Drive through was slow. People behind us got their food before we got ours. They forgot the dipping sauce and receipt. We thought the Nuggets were bland. French fries were good.

Chicken tenders extra small. Very salty. Chicken was very dry and stringy. The tenders were the size of my middle finger ( I have large hands. However not huge). Biscuits were dry and hard. Biscuits were super small. Mac and cheese so bland I could not eat it. The three chicken tender meal was $15. I’ll never eat Popeyes again. I don’t know how they are still in business.

My wife tried to use a mobile coupon at the restaurant and the cashier told her. She couldn’t use it. If you have a online coupon that says redeem at the restaurant and you have 15 minutes to do so. Why couldn’t the coupon be used. When she was at the driver thru with 13 minutes left before the coupon expired. Please train your people properly.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews for places but unfortunately this place deserves it. Me and my family come here about once or twice a month and have had the same issue a few times regarding the menu prices and no receipts. The menu prices are inaccurate and they always say their system is down when asked for a receipt. Tonight I got a family chicken box which is typically about 20-30$ bucks but it came out to $36. When asked about the price they had said they needed to update the menu prices on the drive thru. I asked for a receipt so I could maybe see why the price was so high but was met with a “ oh our printer won’t work”. I’ve read other reviews that have had this same experience

Your customer service sucks. Waited at least 5 minutes at the register before anyone even acknowledged I was there. Then waited another 30 minutes for my mobile order to be ready. Guy behind the counter in the grey shirt was clueless.

This location is so much better than the one in Snellville! This location usually gets through the line pretty quickly. My wings last night were fresh but the fries were old. Customer service was good. I always appreciate this location after trying the Snellville location which always has a line and is always out of food.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Ordered online via Doordash. Paid $60, waited over an hour, & everything was wrong. We had 3 combos- nuggets, chicken sammich, & shrimp. After waiting in line the dasher was told our order was picked up by someone else. It wasn’t. It was there sitting and getting cold. By the time the Popeyes employee “found” the order had been sitting 20+ minutes. When we finally got it the nuggets count was wrong (we got 8 instead of 12), the chicken sammich was dry (no mayo, or pickle), the shrimp count was wrong (we got 7 instead of 8). The mashed potatoes tasted like they used the red beans and rice sauce instead of traditional brown gravy (it had chunks in it too). NO sauces were included as they were supposed to be, all 3 drinks were wrong (watered down tea instead of sweet tea), no utensils, no receipt. The food was all stone cold as well. Negative stars for a very negative experience
