Went to try the Blackened chicken sandwich with no bun (so basically just chicken)after going to NCG across the street to watch the cartoon movie “Strange World” with the kids. I took my daughter and her her school friend,and we Ordered the Popcorn Shrimp for the kids and the slushie strawberry lemonade with my sandwich for me. That night they were out of cajun fries , but The female cashier Shaun was soo sweet and had a great personality explaing that the truck hadn’t arrived yet.

My sister graduated last week and we got to the restaurant after the lobby had already closed. Mrs. Nicole let us in, took our order and made sure everything was fresh. She let us know or would be a wait since she wanted to get us fresh food and offered us a drink while we waited. She was so infectious with her smile and energy. We need more Mrs Nicoles in the world.

This place should be shut down for real i order food early today the ghost pepper wings and the chicken was hard and burnt and cold then i called them and i talk to the manager and she literally said they cooking food in old grease and they was changing after the fact they sold me the food. Then i go back and they give me more nasty tasting food. Like maybe 4 to 5 months ago there was a great manager running it food was always hot and seasoned good and customers service was awesome i dont know if she quit or moved to another location but i wish she could come back i dont know her name i just know she a middle aged white lady and she did great running this popeyes it’s disgusting now never going back.

Went into the restaurant and Nicole was simply amazing. She always makes sure my food is hot and fresh. Nicole asked if I wanted to try a strawberry biscuit, I said yes and they are to die for. Please keep these on the menu!

April was the bomb!! She cares about your order as well as your time. I was pleased how she expressed courtesy without me having to ask for it. When I arrived she was kind enough to be outside helping someone and I watched her in a friendly manner helping others when I came in. She’s great at Customer Service, which seems to be a lost art nowadays. I hope April is on shift every time I come to pick up for a delivery order at the Powder Springs Popeyes location! lol I wish I could take her to all the places I have to pick up for delivery orders! Best customer service experience I’ve ever had at Popeyes in the Marietta/Smyrna area. Temar displayed excellent customer service. He was very friendly and hospitable. He’ll be the reason I come back to this location. April the manager was also kind and I could tell customer service is a priority for her.

I usually just go through the drive-through here. I don’t think i’ve ever had an issue with my order from the drive-through. Today, I decided to dine in, and i’m glad I did. The service was top notch. The food was very good, although I did have to wait a few minutes for spicy, but as soon as it was ready the staff brought it out to me and everybody was super pleasant. Restaurant and men’s room were both clean; and when I got here, they were actually washing the sidewalk. By far, the best Popeye’s in Cobb county!

Used the drive-through but then waited 10 minutes for two chicken tender meals. Finally went inside to pick it up. The place is not well maintained. No napkins & straws. Apparently severely understaffed and/or under managed.
