I just spend 35 minutes waiting for my order. This is the most unorganized place I have ever been in. The manager didn’t have a clue as to what was going on. I asked to speak to her after I finally got my food and her response was, she didn’t know I had been waiting that long and offered me free turnovers . As I told her, I can pay for what I get to eat I wasn’t telling her I had to wait to receive anything free. I was letting her know how ridiculous this place was. Trash was running over and the bathroom was filthy. I just marked another Pop eyes off my list as the one in Bremen is just as bad.

We ate here with a group of 13 and found adequate seating. The place was kept very clean and the food was good. One part of our order was mixed up but otherwise things were okay. We felt the food portions were small and several people went back to order more to feel full. The staff was friendly and efficient.

Me and my boyfriend Decided to get popeyes and we spent eighty dollars on delivery and ended up with half of our food. We called and asked to see what we could do and they said you’re gonna have to come and get the rest. When enquiring Why some of our food wasn’t delivered they said sorry we’re understaffed. They also told me to bring the food and the receipt to make sure that I wasn’t lying about not getting food. Which I can accept but The lobby wasn’t open and I had to wait over twenty five minutes in the drive through line making my food extremely cold. When looking back at what could have went different? I’m just wondering why they didn’t take an extra 30 seconds to make sure all the food is there in the first place. Trust me I know How being under staff at a fast food restaurant Is really stressing. But they could have done something to make sure. My food wasn’t going to be cold by time I got back home with the missing food. Overall just a really bad experience.

Wasn’t very clean in the resteraunt and the bathroom was worse. Food was as expected; fried and a lot of it. The cashier seemed to be in a hurry and didn’t have time for pleasantries.

We were at this location on the first day of the return of the chicken sandwich. The spicy chicken sandwich was delicious. The staff was well organized and the wait time was short considering the lines inside and outside.

They GAVE ME RAW CHICKEN ! I HAD PICS AND SHE ONLY WANTED TO GIVE ME A REFUND FOR THE 4 PHOTOS I HAD OF RAW CHICKEN AFTER 4 PEOPLE FOUND IT RAW WE DODNT LOOK ANT FURTHER !!!!THE STUFF WAS RAW SHE GAVE ME BACK 12$ I spent 51$ the shrimp meal being separate S E SAYS I NEEDED TO BRING THE CHICKEN BACK!!!!
