I only gave a one star because I couldn’t rate them a zero!!! I am completely unsatisfied! I completed a mobile order waiting a few minutes before the 12 minute commute to pick up. I waited for 30 minutes for my food, so that is a total of 45minutes! I checked my order and they forgot 3 items. I go in to let them know. I then get home and what I thought was mashed potatoes was rice, but it looked as if someone had eaten out of it…. Disgusting!! I was supposed to have a16 pieces and only received 13 pieces of chicken. Let me help… 13+3=16.. you’re welcome. Okay rant over, do better Popeye because I really like your chicken!

I love Popeyes but this location is terrible. 5-6 people working the drive through… all playing and being loud. I understand needing to have a good time at work to make it through. But that many of y’all and you can’t get an order right???? No napkins… no straws… had to ask for my sauces 2 times and when I got home they were still wrong. Had to go inside to get my 2 strawberry biscuits and was called the “police “ by the man cooking!!! Why??? Why can’t y’all find good management? It is extremely embarrassing to walk into a restaurant and have everyone turn and look at you start laughing. Why would a manager condone this type of behavior?

This is a must stop when coming to Atlanta, Georgia. This is the newest location in this area. The employees were professional and polite. And they were having a good time working at this location. We got the five piece chicken meal deal. The chicken is delicious. I highly recommend this location.

Corporate needs to fire the person who runs a 6 o’clock shift full sthe male who’s running to register literally told me to get the F out of his store all because I’m waiting for 3 Apple pies for over 35 minutes. Been asking for my Apple pie’s anniversary supply is yelling and shouted at me . This place is a bad joke. Never have they got my order correct. Wait time is insane. Most of the time they are out of something, the biscuits taste like raw dough. I like the chicken when it’s available. Sides not so much. It’s got to be The management. Fayetteville’s not much better. I won’t be back.

This is the worst Popeyes in Georgia. From the management all the way down to workers. The manager hollering at the workers in front of the customers. Workers on their cell phones. Managers sitting at the table talking while the restaurant is in chaos. Suspended supervisor hanging out in the restaurant telling the workers what to do. Throw the whole staff away, starting with the ghetto managers, supervisors, and staff. No professionalism at all. This place is ridiculous and a joke. Corporate should be embarrassed of the place.

This has to be the worst Popeyes in the south metro Atlanta area. Ridiculously slow,drive thru employee’s totally unprofessional. If you order anything above a 2 or 3 piece order they may pull you into a parking spot,after you already couldn’t pull forward to save their drive thru time recording. Your order 9 times out of 10 will be wrong,now you have to go inside to bring food in and wait again to make correct. It’s no way corporate leadership doesn’t know. This location is the absolute worst location. I keep trying to give them chance over chance because I try to spend my money in the area I love in, but I am going to start going to the Fayetteville location for a better experience. Every time I complete a mobile order at this location, it is always an issue. They don’t have tenders, don’t have ghost pepper wings or they are saying they are completely out of chicken. This location is also always out of condiments and don’t have the tops to the bowls. They use beverage tops(lids) backwards to cover the food in the bowls.

I went in there for the third time in two weeks, Today has to be the worst of them, service was very, very slow. No one acknowledged you. When I ordered the Lunch special it comes with two pieces of chickone side and a biscuit. I ordered mines with fries the whole time I was standing there between walking in the door and receiving my order was twenty five minutes, and the fires have been sitting there the whole time. I ordered a second Special with the rice and the rice was half of a contand both the female employees had Very very bad attitude they act like they didn’t want to help us.
