I don’t know where to begin. I guess I’ll start with the half done chicken nugget meal I received. My daughter was dying for Popeyes’ chicken nuggets, so I took her. When we got home, she couldn’t even eat her meal because the nuggets were half cooked.

The wait was extremely long. The guy Kendrick said they were short staffed and had a bad attitude he was super slow. Raven was on it. Raven did more in one minute than Kenrick did in 10 minutes and Raven was very nice and smiled even working with horrible coworkers. Kendrick was even nasty and mean to another coworker lady. He us a bully.

I placed an online order and showed up at the correct time prompted. My order wasn’t ready and I was instructed to pull up and wait. I waited for over 20 minutes and the young man bought out my bag didn’t say anything handed it to me and walked away. While I was checking, I noticed that this was not my order. I walked back in to let them know they had the incorrect order. When I walked in, I saw a young lady from the back with a nasty attitude letting people know that it’s only one line for walking in as well as online and DoorDash orders. I had to stand in line an additional time to wait to get my order corrected. What could’ve been a 10 minute trip for me Ended up being close to an hour. I have not eaten at Popeyes in years and wanted to try out this new location. This will pretty much be my first and last time. On organized and definitely way too much bickering and attitude amongst the employees.

My first experience at this Popeyes restaurant was pleasing. The Restaurant had a really nice Cajun ambiance. A real southern hospitality experience you can get here. The manager Shanequa was really helpful, while sitting she came to make sure I had everything I needed and asked how I was doing. The young men here are well mannered and kind, all the employees are respectful and friendly. Everything about this restaurant was welcoming. From the sidewalk, the driveway, the drive thru, to sitting down and spending time inside was a great experience. Because Popeyes is the only way to get a taste of our Louisiana roots, our family chooses this place for a quick Cajun dining experience. We stay connected to Louisiana so much we named our daughter Nola Louise. She shares the same middle name as her grandparents on not sides. One is still in the most country part of Louisiana. So we choose Popeyes as our home away from home food to keep it southern. This restaurant was everything I expected ❤️

If I could give zero I would, I’ve been waiting almost 30 mins for my order, and when I ask why I my order taking so long a toll skinny girl by the name of Raven snapped at me and told me if I can’t wait she can give me back my money and leave! Which I think is very rude and disrespectful.. this is the worst Popeyes that I have ever been to.. The staff are doing more playing around other than assisting customers and when. And finally when I got served they said I did not had to wait because what I ordered was there!! Which simple means they are not doing there job efficiently.

If I could give zero stars I would! I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. I ordered an 8pc nugget with fries and Mac n cheese. And only received the Mac and cheese which was cold and wet and slimy. I received a thigh and 2 wings and red beans and rice and no fries. The chicken was nothing but skin and bones no chicken on it. When I called and explained the boy told me to bring it back with the receipt which I can’t cause I’m 45 minutes away and he hung up in my face. Very ghetto!

I stopped to get something to eat and I asked for 2 – 2 piece dinners, the young man that answered.the intercom got upset because I wanted to change my order because it didn’t come with a drink he’s reply was O my God I told him nevermind and cancelled my order because of the attitude. I pulled off and called the store and talked to the Manager and she was very polite and apologized. The 3.2 review doesn’t do this new location justice. These reviews are from the old location in front of kroger which was the worst location ever. Ever since the new building has been built, this location has thrived. ALWAYS FAST, ALWAYS HAVE EVERY ITEM ON THE MENU, AND ALWAYS FRESH AND HOT. I love this location and so does everyone else seeing that line out the driveway for the first time yesterday (day before memorial day). I guess the secrets out. This location won’t have you waiting and then not having what you want like the Anvil block location!! Never have to go there again.

Where do I start?! When I first arrived the drive thru line was long and I was in line for about 20 mins. I saw many people were able to get their food right when they got to the window but unfortunately some how my food wasn’t ready when I got to the window. Therefore, I had to pull up front. I was waiting for my food for about 50 mins. No one was updating me on my order or anything and there were other customers waiting up front as well.
