I completely aware that this is fast food, so my expectations aren’t over the moon. This was the worst Popeyes that we’ve ever attempted to eat. The chicken wasn’t done (I will attach photos) the chicken was actually put in the box soggy with grease and inedible. The wings I’m not sure if they were fried or what. The young lady at the window handed the the drinks with soda pouring out of the top and leaking .. I asked her for napkins and she said “oh I’m gonna put some in your bag”

I’m highly upset. First my order wasn’t ready when I got to the window so I had to wait. 15 mins later and my order still isn’t ready. I had to go inside just to get my order. There is nothing but high schoolers working in there with no structure so the restaurant is all over the place. THEN I get home trying to eat my food and my chicken isn’t even done I got the ghost pepper wings. Smh. I’ll never be back. If I can give it 0 stars I would.

This is the absolute worst Popeyes in the area. I waited nearly 30 minutes in the drive thru to be served raw chicken. I pulled to the side and contacted the store immediately after sampling my order. Explain to the attendant that this is unacceptable. Absolute no apology by attendant and the manager. I will never visit this establishment again.

They just built this place and they need to Shut it down! This is how their chicken sandwich looks..they cut the breast in half..wow. don’t go here.lines are long in the drive thru. Kid workers are giggling and playing around. The card machine don’t work. so much more to name. Worst experience ever!!

The building is new and nice but the food is always super hit or miss here and the service is always mid or bad. It’s making Popeyes look bad. Got the blackened chicken sandwich here and it tasted like rubber one time. Got old cold chicken on sandwich a few times here. One time got strawberry biscuit no strawberry and server refused to help. Had my first great Popeyes sandwich there today, but they forgot the bacon and cheese and the second sandwich had the tiniest chicken ever.

The young girl with blonde dreads attitude was so bad simply taking the order that I left as quickly as possible. I ordered 12 count nuggets and got crumbs no sauces. I order 2 piece snack specified for a leg and wing I was given 2 thighs. They didn’t have most the menu options. New site and I already don’t like it. I’ll go to camp creek before I chose this one now.

The worst Popeyes I have ever been to. I thought visiting this location would have been a better experience. I ordered blacken chicken tenders and a few other things. I understand the tender had to cook so my kids and I sat there for about twenty mins until I realize the employ were laughing and making their own food . The ended up telling me we was waiting on the tenders and the sandwich the tenders were never dropped and they only had two . Also the fries my son had were old . This experience was a waste of time and this is why I just cook at home

When I come to a food establishment I’m paying my money and I expect my food to ALWAYS be fresh. Which it wasn’t at all. Got all the way home and bit my tenders and realized they were clearly sitting out all day! Mind you, I’m pregnant so i wanted my food FRESH!

I usually come here and the service is either okay or not good no in between. Today, 7/6/2023 was not a good day. I’ve tried multiple times with this location but I’ve just about had it with this one. They mess up your orders, they charge you wrong prices, for example if you get a combo that automatically comes with a SMALL DRINK, why am I being charged for a MEDIUM SIZE DRINK if I DID NOT ask for it… They don’t ask if you would like your receipt once they hand out your food. Some of the workers have a nasty attitudes, the list could go on and on honestly. I normally come here for the convenience but now I’m just sick and tired of trying to give them chance after chance.
