My husband and I had dinner here last night. The chicken was hot, very crispy, and had good flavor. The pieces were a generous size, especially the breast. It was a bit greasy, but worth it fir the flavor. The Popeye’s biscuits are really good. I could have eaten a dozen. We got the Cajun fries and rice & beans as our sides. The fries are well seasoned and crispy. The rice and beans had good flavor, but were a bit salty. We couldn’t finish the 8 piece meal. The leftovers were fine the next day reheated. The restaurant was pretty busy, but the server took their time with you and answered any questions we had. We don’t like spicy things so she gave us a taste test of the fries before we committed to them. I felt that was very kind.

I got robbed at this place!!!! I placed the order, waited in line for 30 minutes, paid for my meal and waited another 15 minutes. The crew then told me they didn’t have any classic chicken. I reluctantly took the spicy chicken that they had. Came home and realized they missed my Cajun fries. The owner or manager need to be there to run the place the right way.

Popeyes food in general is great! I love their chicken sandwiches better than any other fast food restaurants.. The thing about this specific location is you never know how good the quality of the food is going to be or what kind of customer service experience you’re going to have. Some employees are amazing at their job, others are ridiculously bad.. I guess the main responsibility for this falls on the owners and their inability to hire consistently reliable employees.. good workers must really be hard to find these days.. if you have time and patience take a chance and hopefully you’ll come at a time when a great employee is going to go above and beyond to give you a great meal.. I know it’s happened to me here before. Just as often as I’ve met the really bad ones.

Many reasons. #1 – when I arrived to pick up my mobile order, I could not go inside the store. The doors were locked. Therefore, I had to go through the drive thru where I was told they could not find my order and to pull to the window. #2 When I arrived at the window, I was treated very rudely by the lady helping me. She basically shoved all the mobile orders receipts in my face and said, “see, it’s not here.” I pointed out the correct receipt where it had order #72 at the top which was my order. She said “that’s not what you said!” Then, she said my order wasn’t ready, and that I had to wait. I did wait, and it was another 12 minutes to get my food. #3 A person, who was probably the manager, opened the window, wouldn’t look at me, extended the food bag and said “have a good one” in a very sarcastic tone. Also, this wasn’t the first time I’ve had a terrible experience at this Popeyes location. BEWARE – Don’t waste your time and money here.

If I could give them a no stars, I would. Waited in the drive thru for 35 minutes to get some burnt popcorn shrimp. Horrible I will never go back to the location in Flowery Branch. It look like they only had two people working. The cook and a person in drive thru.. Horrible

I went to the drive thru at Popeyes #13395 for a snack after skipping lunch. I ordered 6 ghost pepper wings and a cup of water. I payed at 4:42pm according to my receipt. I sat at the window for a few minutes and was asked to move into a parking space while the food was prepared. My wife called and I passed the time talking with her and wondering where my food was. At 5:02pm an employee appeared and stated the manager said they would refund my money and give me the food at no charge. I accepted the offer and gave him my credit card. A few minutes later a different employee brought my card and receipt for the refund. I asked her what went wrong and she while trying not to laugh stated they forgot about me. She again asked if I wanted my food. I answered yes. She returned inside and at 5:09pm I left without receiving any food. I cannot comment on the food since I never received any.

Waited in drive thru line for 45 mins to pull up and be told they would be closing for 30 minutes. I understand things happen, but what kind of incompetence, in management, doesn’t realize they are about to run out of food, not have a cook or not be able to stay open and let people sit in line.

I HATE IT! Horrible taste old chicken. the employees Won’t fill up the order as asked, i said no wings, and even though they charge me for that, i still got wings on my order. I didn’t get my large side either. I HATE that place!
