Worst place and very slow, I ordered online and got there 30 minutes later and they haven’t started making my order, have to wait another 30 minutes for my order, and they messed up my order, seems like all the workers are confused and don’t know what to do. No meat on the wings. They were not busy at all.

Huge lack of customer service nobody is expediting to ensure meals come out in a timely fashion. The line wait through the drive-through is between 30 to 40 minutes no food check orders come out wrong management has a complete attitude when you approached him about an incorrect order. If Google had negatives in the rating scale, I would definitely rate this restaurant a -20. Even the sides are under cook the red beans and rice. The rice is hard meaning that is completely undercook. You could crack some teeth with it. Absolutely the worst possible service in Restaurant in Grovetown..

Listen closely. I decided to venture to this brand new, simply beautiful Popeyes to have lunch. I already have to wait at the Belair location for 20-25 minutes some days so I figured, why not try this location. It can’t be any worse than Belair, right? One thing I realize is this. I blame myself for having high hopes. Ordered online only to sit in the driver through for over 30 mins. The meal was not complete. Got my drink wrong 3 times. Ordered 12 wings got only 5 however, they were hot. Fries terrible. Cold and hard. Biscuit dry as all get out.

No coke, no Dr Pepper, no milk, no chocolate milk, no apple juice, no cocktail sauce, no sweet heat sauce, and half the time they don’t have any food. You wait about 30 minutes for food and after you wait they say they don’t have half the stuff. Sauce packs (hot sauce, etc) are all busted open and they throw them in your bag. This place is probably the worse place in town to get any food.

This is my family’s third time coming to this popeyes. We were already hesitant due to having bad experience the first two times. This time we were told there will be a 30-minute wait on chicken. It’s Sunday afternoon so they should expect to get more business. As we drove by we noticed the employees in the back just standing around and staring at the cars in the line and not doing anything. We will never come back to this Popeyes after three experiences and all being bad we will not waste our time.. also would like to mention the two times we did get food from here the quality was bad.

Waited forever in drive-thru to get out of line to go inside to wait even longer. Once the cashier took my order I waited even longer. While waiting every customer in front of me had something wrong with their order I said well since I just had all sides and a kids meal they can’t mess that up…..I was so wrong they missed 2 items and all my sides looked like they been sitting since they opened except the fries because they had just pulled them up. While waiting patiently the manager came up to me ummm you wanted to see me? Ummmm……No I want my food that is missing with an attitude going over my receipt because he was the one prepared it. I politely took my 2 sides and the kids meal out the bag and said I am missing 2 of my sides sir smh. If I wasn’t so tired and ready to go home I would have got my refund and went somewhere else. I know next time
