Used the app to order ahead. Got there no order in the system. Park go inside to wait, seeing as it is already paid for! 10 minutes later it pops up in system. Then they have no dark meat available, thus had to wait for them to drop a batch. Apparently nothing was already in the works. Yes, I got fresh chx, but the time wasted was just that… Wasted! Not doing that again in Thompson, GA!!!

The Popeyes in town is in an older building, however, the staff are absolutely wonderful. They are polite and patient, not something you see every day. Especially in fast food. Their chicken sandwiches are HUGE! The food is wonderful! I highly recommend this location if you are jonesing for some good chicken.

Ordered a two piece white combo at Popeyes in Thomson. Instead of a breast and a wing, received a thigh and a wing with very little meat on either. Shown in picture, little biscuit is bigger than the thigh. Will not go back.

Food was up to expected standard. Staff: several seemed interested more in conversing with one another than attending to their customers. Dined in, tried too give me my order without a tray…expected me to juggle our order to the table! Another staff member saw and corrected their team member and provided a tray. Had to go back up and ask for napkins, hot sauce, honey,etc…as none was provided / offered at the time of pickup nor was any available in the dining room. While dining the staff continued to loudly discuss their personal conversations ranging from one employee thinking higher education isn’t necessary to be successful (ironic isn’t it) and others comparing how much their car loans are a month. Bottom line: food was up to standard, staff professionalism and customer service needs improvement. Food -4, staff 2…. Overall rating 3.

Service was slow at best. They got my order backwards at first. I upgraded my cajun rice to a large only to find when I got home it was ALL dried out all the way through the container. The whole thing was dry. The rice was so old it was crunchy. Even the bits of meat were like chewing jerky. I cant believe they would serve a product so dried out and below standards. VERY DISAPPOINTING VISIT!

Recently visited this Popeyes at the start of lunchtime today. The lady taking my order was super polite, so I hate to leave a bad review but here it goes. My fries were cold, the mellow yellow was just carbonated water. I received 3 honey mustards (awesome) but not the popcorn chicken.
