Update:. This store’s staff has really settled in nicely. They are taking time to take care of the customers and are very friendly. Chicken is awesome. This is my new go-to Popeyes. I am glad they have overcome the growing pains.

The chicken is never ready. Sometimes when they do have chicken it is old. And you end up returning the food and asking for a refund. You always have to check you order to make sure you get fresh food.

Employees are nice and you can tell recently they have improved staff I was tied there’d be a 12 minute wait but it was fine cause ,when they brought out my food the server apologized an explained they just had sold 40 pieces of chicken. My chicken was fresh and food was good I waited about 20 minutes but from past experience with this restaurant I applaud them will come back I just say they should communicate with the customer at the drive thru a little better an each other

Every time I come here I have to wait for the chicken nuggets to be cooked. If I order online they don’t start fixing the order until you get there. Why would I order online and pay for my food online if I wasn’t going to pick it up. I understand wanting food to be fresh but I have never been to this Popeye’s that I don’t have to wait for my food for 15 minutes. If they sell the chicken then why not make sure it’s cooked. When it starts getting low you start cooking what’s getting low.

Placing an online order including a pick up time is suppose to expedite your order being ready at requested time. They don’t understand this and said ” we wait till you get here so it will be fresh. Why have online ordering if that were true. The “spicy ” tasted just like the regular. 2 different times.

I went in asking of a last minute large order. I just knew the staff were going to turn me around but I felt it was worth the try and it definitely was. I needed 100 pieces of chicken in an hour so I put in for a catering special and they came through for me. Not only was my order ready in an hour, everything was cooked perfectly, fresh, hot, and delicious! I love the team work they displayed. It just proves if the right people are in the right place at the right time, you can’t go wrong. Thanks!! ❤️

I visited Cochran recently and decided to give this restaurant a try. The service was good, fast and friendly. I did not have to wait long for my food at all. I didn’t go during a busy time, so the food wasn’t super hot. The portion sizes were great, and the meal was enjoyed.

One person was nice. The rest ignored us. Went back in for the side that was forgotten. Get home and the family starts fix plates. Out of an 8 piece we get 3 wings 1 leg and 2 breast = 6 pieces. CHECK YOUR ORDERS!!!!

True vids :
Food wasn’t bad but took me 45 mins to get through drive through and get it. All I ordered was 2 chicken sandwiches which I imagine are easiest to make. Once I got to the window looked like only 1 person was working out of the 5 in there. 2 of them were flirting with each other in the back sitting at a desk. Also notice they hangout with friends out in the parking lot. Do they not have a manager????
