They get stuff wrong every time. Today I ordered 2 big boxes with fries and red beans & rice. And they forgot both sides of the rice and beans. If this was the first time, I’d just call and ask, but this is at least the 3rd time in a row that they’ve messed something up. Starting to wonder if it’s intentional.

Today I had the worst costumer experience ever!!! While making my order in the drive thru the employee kept interrupting me saying they don’t have almost EVERYTHING I asked for. When I pulled around to pay and get food I was giving my bag with my food sideways. I told the employee my food is sideways and about to fall out. She stated that it wasn’t and that’s just how the bag was. I asked for my receipt and she stated that she would have to get my phone to take a picture of it because they don’t have receipt paper. What’s really going on?! Does the owner actually check on this establishment? It’s the worse!!

This is the 2nd time I’ve tried it, and both times have had an issue. First order was undercooked chicken, and now this order had HORRIBLE tasting tea (it tasted like soap). I think I’m done giving it a chance, sadly. Staff are always super friendly though!

Please close this location and put it out of its misery. Always terrible service. Dining area always closed. Constantly out of what I order. Staff speaks to low to me.. I will never visit this location again. Staff sitting in dining area doing nothing. Does the owner check on his business. Need to replace manager.

Horrible experience to say the least! For starters the staff is very unfriendly and seem to absolutely hate their jobs. They forgot half my order and I ordered TWO family meals. That’s not cheap! Tried calling several times and it says the phone is out of order. While waiting for our food for 20-30 minutes I watched as almost every drive thur customer had to come inside because their order was wrong. (This should have been my warning sign.) But it gets worse the dining area is a complete wreck. Every single table and booth had not been cleaned. Bugs in the windows, trash over flowing, no ice in the drink machine, no sweet tea out, boxes on the dining island along with staffs dinner in tupperware containers just sitting out in the open. I don’t understand who’s running this place or how they can even call themselves a manager. The only place this restaurant is running to is into the ground!!!

7pm and doors are locked. Went thru drive thru to pick up my mobile order which included food I needed utensils with. NO utensils. NO napkins. NO dipping sauce that was requested. This is ridiculous considering they had time to place these items in the bag. I’m just passing thru the area on vacation and staying in a hotel with no access to utensils. Staff also not friendly and when she dropped my receipt in the floor she just threw her hands up in the air.

Placed order for 12 wings and 3 small sides. $38.00. DT attendant was kind and told me it would be a while, I checked Into hotel and returned. Got the food but was charged for biscuits that I didn’t get and the worse part was when I had to return for a spork the manager acted like I hurt her dog. Not very inviting or friendly. Overpriced for the experience.

Need to close down they have a permanent sign that states they are out of several items daily. This can be at noon or at 5PM. You can’t call inside to speak with a manager to get corporate information. Customer service is very poor on several levels employees states well that’s all we have. Cook good to be purchased not just be on the clock!!

It’s 4:40pm local time and lobby doors are locked. A couple of people appear to be hanging out in the dining area though. Went to drive thru but couldn’t order. Asked which combo comes with a chicken breast, waited but no answer so we left. This place really doesn’t seem to want business at all. Seemed like we bothered them.

Very Last time for us at this particular PopEyes location. For the third time in the last couple months the prices posted on the drive-thru menu were lower than the actual price that came up “in the computer” at the pay window. Two of the three times, there happened to be what I assume was a manager standing by and they authorized changing the price on our order. Today, there was only the one clerk who said “I know. I’m sorry, lots of customers complain, but they won’t fix it. Not my fault (then laughter in the background from the cooks).”
