Food was very cold and my coleslaw was spoiled when I called back to warn them about bad coleslaw but the phone went straight to voicemail and voicemail wasn’t setup. Coleslaw shouldn’t be slimy glad I caught it before I got sick. It almost had like a white glue consistency. I should’ve pulled off when I saw their score.

Traveling for a weekend getaway and decided to grab some Popeye’s cause it’s my favorite. I am used to waiting in line at Popeyes cause they do have the best chicken around. However, 20 minutes in the drive through, then another 25 waiting in a parking space was a bit much. Then to find that they forgot part of our order when they walked our food out. We also never got one of the drinks we ordered. Tried calling inside, no avail. Tried going inside and got no assistance at all. Decided to just take the loss. Know not to visit this location again. There are plenty of other food joints in the area, I would recommend trying one of those…..

Can not rate the food seeing as we never got service. We went in to grab dinner on our way back home since we had not been to Popeyes before and this one is fairly new we thought we would check it out. No one greeted us. An employee looked at us but never said anything. We waited about 5 minutes then walked out. Will not be back.

Place a mobile order for my family’s dinner. Food came fresh and hot but my chicken was raw. Call to talk to the manager and she hung up in my face. The most rudest customer service I have ever experienced. She did t even try to solve the problem just hung up in my face.

We placed our order in the app. When we got there, we were told the chicken nuggets and chicken strips were frozen… Um, ok, if you are not serving them, then why are they on your menu? We had to change our order to fried chicken and wings. Manager was very nonchalant about it. We will not be back.

It started out bad here with no one taking orders in the drive threw, but it turned out to be worth the wait for the time I waited for my food and all the stress the manager seemed like she was in. But God Is Awesome, I prayed for her and still thank every staff for there service. The food was really fresh and good.

I was waiting in line for 20 minutes watching employee talk to customer in front of me. I then pulled up to the window and then told to pull up and wait on 3 chicken tenders. I am an EX-employee, so I know it takes 7 minutes to cook chicken tenders! While they were talking to the customer in front of me, they could have been preparing my food. Very unprofessional and rude! Shout out to bojangles on Watson, who prepared my order in a timely manner.

Service is terrible. Waited at drive-thru for 5 minutes, no one answered or even came on to ask me to hold. I was wondering if they were open so I drove up to the window and saw three employees standing in a group talking and laughing, didn’t appear to be a work-related conversation. Drove back around to drive-thru and someone else was sitting there. They sat there about 5 minutes before they asked for someone to help them. An employee came on and in a rude tone told them to wait a minute. I left after they left. Thank goodness we have a Bojangles on Watson Blvd now, I will never come to this Popeyes again.

They really should close this POS, the workers are bout as idiot as they come. I placed a simple order, was told to pull around its 5 min on the nuggets….20 min later they forgot about the order, i had to go in. Like its damn chicken. It doesn’t require much thought!
