Every time we go through the drive thru, some of the workers have this attitude of “I want to get snatched through the window.” If you do not want to work, quit and stop playing with people’s food. Then to give me a top from a cup to put over my side dish and literally throw it in the box. Run me my money or fix it over. You have kids working there that have no care in the world. They lucky I be hungry and want something quick.

The service was outstanding! I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and they were made quickly and prepared correctly. However, unfortunately, unbeknownst to the server making them, the chicken was overcooked and most likely old. The chicken was dry and peeled like scraps from a wood chisel. Back to the service… these workers were kind and mind you it was 92 degrees inside the restaurant. They need to get the air conditioning fixed asap because I wouldn’t want to work or eat there in those conditions. Kudos to the management team!

I’ve ordered from this location twice through door dash. Both times the order was delayed 30 to 40 minutes extra to be completed, and causing them to lose money on other orders they could have taken. The first delay was because they had to unload a truck. The second delay was because they were opening at a later time due to the AC being out, although their website and door dash app showed they were open. On top of that, on both orders, they failed to include everything in the order. I will no longer order from or eat at this location.

Went through drive thru, darkskin with the mole on her forehead NEVER said hey or “how are you” nothing your supposed to do when a customer comes to your window! Gave us our food, we said thank you. She shut the window. She was rude and definitely was about to get dragged out the window. Our sides had drink tops that hands have been all over stuffed inside them. Don’t go here! Go on Fort Stewart, best service, best food. Don’t deserve an 98 just based on their workers!

My wife and I went to get some food but drive thru was down, so we went inside to order. When we get in line, the cashier gives us a dirty look and has an attitude/ doesnt talk at all when we order. Inner me wanted to put her on the spot but I let it go. Just wanna say that we Highly don’t recommend anyone coming here cause their customer service is DOG WATER. Going on post from now on instead.

Very slow service. Had to go inside because the drive thru didn’t work for some reason. Incorrect and incomplete order. Had to repeat what I ordered while they cooked multiple times. And my Mac and cheese had a very weird sour taste. I did not finish my food. The trash had more of my food than I could stomach.
