This place is looking run down. Employees don’t help when they push their bicycles into the dining room area and leave it. Took 20 minutes for our meal was ready. It wasn’t the best meal I have ever had at a Popeyes, but it wasnt the worst either.

Drive thru was the only thing open so we tried placing an order the cashier was unresponsive to questions we asked about the sign posted and was short when she did answer. When we got our drinks I asked for Splenda or A sweetener for my unsweetened tea she said they didn’t have any thing for it. Both My Son And my order was wrong, I asked for red beans and rice (it’s my favorite) but got dirty rice when we corrected her she just walked away from the window and brought back red beans and rice (which was mostly rice) it was flavorless! Only one out of three pieces of my chicken was fresh(the other two were cold to the touch) My son ordered A breast but received A thigh, my husband ordered chicken strips with bold BBQ his sauce they didn’t give it to us. Worst experience with this location.

Girl working drive thru had a less then appealing attitude and tone. She also got my order wrong I asked for red beans and rice and got mashed potatoes and gravy they don’t sound remotely similar and I got half of a piece of chicken for my sandwich worst visit ever

Great food if you can get it. They can’t take an order. If they do, you can bet it’s not right. Sure, I wish they had better staff that cared enough about their product that would put forth the effort to try to make it right because the food is delicious but as I said if you can get it.

This is absolutely the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. I hate ordering from this location but my clients, who I buy food for, always want Popeyes chicken. 99% of the time my order is wrong or they’re out of supply on certain foods. Today, rather than substituting an unavailable item, they cancelled my entire order without notification. Well, this was the last straw. I will no longer be picking up food at this location and will be ordering dinners for my clients elsewhere. I choose not to eat here because the parking lot is filthy and the restaurant itself looks disgusting, and my clients always say the food is “not good” or “ok”

This is the absolute worst popeyes I have ever been to. The chicken was not fresh, fries were cold, and they all of a sudden remembered the strawberry Fanta was out after I asked if I could get it from behind the counter. The biscuit and apple pie was ok but barely had cinnamon on it. I definitely won’t visit nor recommend this location to anybody!!!

The food was good but I ordered a combo which comes with a small drink and a biscuit. I didn’t get the biscuit. Then they gave me a large drink without me asking (I assumed they were out of small cups) and they actually charged me .50 extra cents for it….? Not cool.
