This location was terrible. They didn’t have change (coins) so they were offering pay exact change or don’t get change. They had no mac-n-cheese. They had no chicken thighs. After waiting 10 minutes of waiting they then told the guy doing the chicken to drop the chicken and then they said 15 more minute wait. All the orders were mixed up.and the chicken was kinda stale. I settled with Chicken strips because I didn’t want to wait another 15 minutes and those strips were terrible! They didn’t have the pies that came with the $10 box either. But they substituted 2 extra sides. Still a very disappointing experience, especially since we brought a co-worker who never had Popeyes before. Bad 1st impression….

I very much enjoy coming to this chicken joint. It might take a minute to get your food, but it will be fresh and tasty. And with a view of the marsh from my seat, it’s worth the wait. Clean store and friendly staff provides extra insensitive to take time and relax here. Never used the drive thru, but they do have one

There was only 1 chicken sandwich that was already made sitting there, they were waiting on the cook to come in, not knowing when that would be. The previous cook had already left. So the food they had was kinda old. I love Popeyes, better than KFC, I was very disappointed. We had 3 cars wanting Popeyes chicken.

My husband’s favorite place to eat. I do not eat here because they are not gluten-free friendly, but if it makes my husband happy then I’m happy. He always seems to enjoy getting the spicy chicken. I have tried many times to make him spicy fried chicken but he always says it isn’t quite as good as Popeyes. It’s pretty difficult to duplicate a flavor that you’ve never tasted, lol.

This place is the best Popeyes! The people that work here are always friendly and very well scripted. Whether you use the drive thru or go inside, you get prompt service with a smile. The food is always fresh and hot and delicious. As many times as I have been there, the only mistake in the order was spicy instead of mild chicken. Not a big deal! There biscuits with honey are the absolute best in the world. I love ’em. My son always orders extra biscuits! New Orleans in south Georgia! Love the red beans and rice too!

This restaurant has the most poor customer service of all popeyes we have been in the past, their employee Jessica was talking nasty to all customers and also the manager was there hearing all the things that she was saying and she never told her anything, this employee need to go back home. We wait around 30 minutes for just 4 pieces of chicken and make us wait all these time, meanwhile we see how she was basically talking back to users in a really bad manner like she was in bad mood and all customer were paying for that, this is why the owners have problems, we are not going back to that restaurant ever. She need a good training in how to be a good customer service representative or just fire that person, is dragging down the business….
