I don’t know how they stay in business. The Chicken is either raw or overcooked. The Sides are horrible. Nothing fast about this food. Do not try. I repeat do not try. Don’t get upset when you’re typing your bad review just like us. Terrible business. Never again!!

Placed an online order, drove 10 minutes to pick it up, waited in line another 15 minutes only to get to the window and was told chicken had to be fried…..what???? Was told to pull forward and it would be brought out as soon as it was ready. I waited another 15 minutes and knocked on the door to find out how much longer. My food was sitting on the counter, cold. I asked for fresh fries but was told it would be 30 minutes. The kitchen laborer yelled across the kitchen telling me I had better take my food home and microwave it. I asked their names but no one would share their names. But here is the picture of the one that thinks it is okay to hand out cold food and have the customer reheat it at home…unfortunately the manager went to the back to hide from the camera. This location is the absolute worst Popeyes I have ever patronized. Save yourself the disappointment and go elsewhere
