Drive thru communication is terrible to non existent. Ordered a 3 piece white meat combo with Cole slaw and a sprite. Opened the bag back at work, got a 3 piece chicken tender with fries and a sprite. Chicken tenders were like rubber, fries were just dead. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE. Keep your validation code.

I called several times and no answer. I ordered a 2 piece spicy with red beans and rice as my side. The chicken was old and dry and my “ red beans and rice “ was just rice because there was barely any beans in the cup. Very disappointed and won’t be back.

I was not expecting a five-star experience, but this was probably the absolute worst service ever. Stood in line for over 20 minutes got looked at several times someone finally took the order. I believe it was a manager who was getting off of work asked for a particular item was told that they had it ready and available, but it was time for me to receive my food approximately four minutes later they did not have it

Went through the drive thru I ordered a chicken sandwich meal for my wife and a shrimp basket then a asked for the cat fish and shrimp combo for myself with a large fry we could share. After paying at the window we pulled forward to wait, we understand and are usually happy to wait for fresh cooked food. After we received our order and returned home I realized that I didn’t get my fish it was all shrimp and fries. Bummer.

This was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I work customer service also. After placing my order the lady stated that they were out of lemonade so I requested sprite. She said they were out of that and when I asked what was available she read off the things I actually had asked for. So I said well I’ll take the strawberry lemonade. Someone else comes on the microphone and screams “WE DON’T HAVE IT! WE ONLY HAVE REGULAR LEMONADE.” So I said I’d take that. Moral of the story. Get your information together, correct and don’t catch an attitude at someone who is paying your paycheck.

I’ve talked myself out of doing a review several times. I’ve gone to the point of posting a review, and took it down. But, enough is enough!!! On one occasion I was here at 10:20 a.m. to get some chicken for a funeral. No one ever came on to take my order, at the drive-thru, so I pulled around to the window. The lady looked at me like I was crazy. Online, and the posting on the window said they open at 10:00 a.m. She told me it would be about 11:30. Another occasion, I ordered an all white 3-piece. But, was given a 2 piece dark, with red beans and rice. The gravy that goes over the rice was so thick and dry, As if it was scraped from the bottom of the pan.Another occasion, I ordered some mild chicken for my mom, and aunt. But, was given spicy. Too spicy for them to eat. Not to mention, I drove an hour to take it to them. Be sure to check your meals before you leave.

This popeyes in Americus is by far the worsted restaurant there is me & my folks were waiting in the drive thru for dang near an hour then once we got to the window the food wasn’t completely done & told us to pull down but my mom wasn’t having it so when she expressed her frustration from having to wait so long in drive thru, one of the workers started talking back recklessly & being really unprofessional so as a result I had to get my money back for the super awful customer service & I definitely reported this popeyes for being extremely terrible
