I had to use the drive thru because the inside wasn’t open I tried to order lunch for 2 coworkers and myself I was told I could only place 2 orders in the drive thru I placed my first order then added my 2 & 3 order together before I was told they were out of mac and cheese which was on 2 of the 3 orders If you can’t go in why is there a limit to how many orders I place and why no mac and cheese I went off post and that one on Macon Road was worse!!!!!!!

Please take this place off post! It’s a waste of an establishment. They never have any food. They always “out” of items, which I don’t think they actually are. They are just too lazy to make any more. At this point, I should just pull up and ask them what they want to serve me for the day. They close way too early like 5 which is not what their hours say. Their attitudes are always off as if someone forced them to come work there. Get a better manager to manage this place. Absolutely horrible. They don’t even deserve the one star I would rather drive off post to another Popeyes. Done coming here.

Food is decent but the service is bad. 20 min wait at the drive through to find out my order isn’t correct even after she said back my order and price. When I tell her the order is wrong she simply responds “ I didn’t get that “ even though she said my order back to me 15 min ago. This Popeyes is lacking in competent management.

The WORST. I was on the phone with my husband as he was ordering and clearly heard him say our order then when he gets home he tells me when he pulls up to the window it was wrong so he asked them to fix it. After doing so they were being rude to him and making it out to be a big deal. All he did was ask to get the correct order. After he tells me everything we get our food out and it’s STILL wrong. Missing food and not what we asked for. I expect better service with this being a restaurant on post but even then people don’t have the decency to be nice and conduct themselves in a professional manner.

This is the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. On numerous visits the staff is rude to each other and he customers. I don’t think my order has ever been correct and they’re super slow. I understand the logic fresh food isn’t fast but when they ask you to park and they’ll bring your food out to you and I had to walk in 30 mins later and check the status I think that’s a little ridiculous. I have never had this many issues with other Popeyes. The management here needs some serious overhaul.

I went for the chicken sandwich. The service wasn’t good because I was not acknowledged at the drive through speaker. I had to initiate my order. When I picked up my order at the window the worker was giving me mean looks and obviously had an attitude problem even though I was being polite. Not coming back here as these workers would rather just collect their hourly wage without doing any actual work and have poor manners. Chic Fil A has way better service.
