I wouldn’t even give this Popeyes 1 star or any more of my money first off I walked in lady standing at counter didn’t say hello nothing try to see if I was ordering picking up anything walked away. Manager standing off to the side in back never approached nobody spoke a word it was the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED AND IM IN CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A $72.00 meal and feeling like I just wasted my money first batch of fries Ice cold macaroni and cheese Luke warm red beans and rice both of them dried out cold so all this food old setting there and they’re not making fresh for big orders it was disgraceful and Popeyes in Louisiana would be ashamed and the crew members shouldn’t even be working with the public I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE EVER!!!!! I understand why the ratings are not to great. I felt the same way. I can honestly say, what a change. The staff was curious and fast. The food was perfect. Hot chicken warm biscuit and mash potatoes. Everything was perfect. No, I am not a friend of any employee but credit must be given because whomever is running the show deserves a lot of credit. What a shame there chicken is great but they gave gone insane on their pricing. Stopped by recently and was looking 2 place an order. But when I saw what they wanted for chicken and sides for two people. I turned around and left and went to Publix and we were happy. Does corporate have royal chickens? Is that why their charging Bidenomics pricing?

The chicken tenders had absolutely NO flavor at all. It’s like they didn’t have any seasonings in the flour. We had ordered mashed potatoes and gravy and they gave us some horrible Mac n cheese. I will not use this Popeyes again until they get new management. This is a very sad excuse of a Popeyes.

Well I sat in the drive thru for 10 min at the speaker box when I notice the car behind me drove around me and pulled up to the window and ordered. So I drive up to the window and that’s when they tell me that the speaker box is not working. It’s very simple to put a note on the speaker box. It would have been nice if the kitchen help would have told me the the speaker box is not working on his way out to the dumpster. After they took my order they tell me it’s cash only. The employees are the laziest people I’ve ever seen in a restaurant, The owner of that location must have money to throw out the window. They need to fire every last one of the employees.

The food is great. They have a huge employee problem, you never know if the store is open…I have been 3 times on Sunday and it wasn’t open!!! No one running the store, its sad because Popeyes is usually awesome. Sad that they have this problem.

Have been to this location several times since I have lived in this area. This is absolutely the worst popeyes on the planet. Store closes arbitrarily during the day. Constantly run out of food. When they do have food I waited over an hour. The employees, managers don’t care, they get paid for being there whether they work or not. If I could give negative stars it have to be minus 10. I love popeyes chicken but I will never ever, ever go to this location again. Wake up corporate and read the reviews.
