This was our first time to eat at Popeyes and after the drive-thru experience I don’t think we’ll go back. We attempted to go for lunch but never made it to order due to the slow line. We tried again at dinner and it took a little over an hour to get through with about 5 cars ahead of us to start. You’d do better to drive the extra distance and go to Zaxbys on Airport Service Road. It would definitely be quicker and, honestly, probably a little hotter and a little more friendly. The food was okay though. A little lukewarm and the spicy chicken tenders they, specifically, parked us for ended up being mild but it is what it is.

I paid for a 16 piece spicy dark, but yet again was given 16 pieces of whatever they could throw in the box, paid for an extra large container of red beans and rice, didn’t get that either. Each time I come we through, I don’t get everything I’ve paid for.

Good customer service. Most Popeyes restaurants I’ve been to dont have the best customer service. This one though, was nice. Who ever was working the drive thru was kind, and even wished us a blessed day! My only problem was we ordered 2 family size cajun fries, and the boxes were not even half full.

The lady at the window was nice . But when I got home my order was wrong. I called back up there just to let them know and the manager told me that my food order was right that he saw them put my tenders in there. I’m looking at it and there’s no chicken tenders with my combo my drinks water down and I don’t appreciate being called a liar by the manager because I was missing my chicken tenders I will not be back.

This was my 2nd visit to this location. I told myself I wouldn’t come back after my 1st experience was HORRIBLE. My godson wanted Popeyes and this was the closest location. I’m glad I gave them another chance. You can tell that they are under new management. From the time I pulled up to order, Alyssa was friendly, prompt, and patient. She also convinced me to get the new Mango Lemonade slushy in addition to our meal. My godson and I both loved it! Once I pulled around, Alyssa and the manager Belva assured me that my food would be fresh and it was! My order was correct and hot. Thank you Alyssa and Belva for being kind from the time we pulled up to the drive thru to the time we pulled off. The small time it took you both to be kind made a big impact! We will be back.

We waited for this place to open only to be so disappointed. The owner needs to sale this place to someone who will run it right. Never open inside and the drive thru moves like a snail. Food cold after returning the meal for fresh fries I didn’t get my whole meal in return had to make 3 trips back tohat place for one order. Never again. The strawberry biscuits horrible btw and the ghost pepper wings are worse.Almost 40 for 2 combos and a kids meal. The strawberry biscuits are horrible here. I’m sorry go somewhere else.

Worse place to eat. Food is good but order is always wrong and wait time in restaurant is 45 min average. The management doesn’t seem to care if orders are wrong. Always check your order before leaving but be prepared to wait. Will never recommend this place to anyone.
