I arrived here on Friday at 8:20 pm, and the girl locked the door and did not let me in, said the store was closed, although the work schedule was written on the door until 9 pm, so rude and impudent, and Google maps say that they are open until 10pm. What kind of stupidity is probably their boss not doing his job and not working with the working staff is a SHAME.

The dirtiest food place I’ve ever seen. Employees didn’t wear hair nets, there was spilled food everywhere, the counters and floor! The drink dispenser catcher was filled with liquid that appeared to have been there for days.

This store Cleary says it closes at 9pm. We got there at 7:40 pm. We were refused any service, food, drinks, nothing. We stood there for 22 minutes before someone told us they were not taking any more orders. This store is located in a TA travel center off of I-95. This is the second time this has happened. A line of people coming off the interstate, including truck drivers. This is absolutely unacceptable! The manager should be fired. Nasty attitude! And completely ignored a line of people before finally telling several customers they would not be taking any more orders. We were not the customers that were absolutely passed off! I hope this place closes up shop for good. Whoever owns this franchise doesn’t deserve to have it! If you are going to close at 7:30pm, then your sign shouldn’t say open until 9 pm! Definitely unprofessional and plain ignorant!

Stopped in on our way home. Store was very busy but, we were greeted by Isaac as soon as we walked into the store. Food was fresh and fast. Store was very clean. Kendra was so helpful and pleasant. We will be back next time we are in town.

This is the 2nd, and last, time that I have tried to pick up food from this location and they were closed before the hours that they had posted for business hours. This is the most poorly run business I have ever come across. Can’t talk to a person, you’re stuck dealing with a virtual assistant when you have an issue. Such a shame because I grew up eating Popeyes chicken and up until now I would have said that theirs is the best around. They need to close this location. Not sure how a 24 hour gas station like TA allows this to happen, but rest assured I will not be spending another dollar at TA gas stations or Popeyes ever again.

Manager refused service, and stated they were out of chicken, even though you could visibly see it on display. He turned myself, and three other guests around. I drove an hour to come to this establishment, to be refused service. I went to the subway directly next to the Popeyes, once my sandwich was made. You see the same manager that refused service, take someone else’s order. Highly disappointed to say the least. Will not visit this establishment again.

Went in this evening hoping to get a chicken sandwich. Line was slow moving. There were a lot of customers standing around waiting for their food. After standing in line for about 10 minutes, the customers ahead of me were told they not taking any more orders, because they had a “chicken problem”. A what? There was plenty of chicken up in the holding area, so I don’t know what the problem was. Several customers asked for refunds. The area manager really needs to get involved here. I left, very disappointed and confused. Not good.

I don’t know if maybe I was just having an off day. The chicken was not too tasty, it didn’t seem to have much flavor. The tables were dirty. The same person that was cleaning the bathrooms was cleaning out at the dining area. After seeing her taking garbage out of one container and putting it into another garbage can it really gross me out since she had no gloves on. Lost my appetite when I saw her in the dining area. I can definitely say I have definitely had better Popeyes before.

I recently visited the Popeyes Chicken location near I-95 and CR 210 in St. Augustine, and unfortunately, it was quite a disappointing experience. The slow service and long wait times for food were major drawbacks. It seemed like the food had been sitting in the window for too long, as the flavor was noticeably lacking.

Rudest employees I’ve ever seen at a truck stop. I just walked in and all 3 are just standing around. One was busy checking her phone. Finally I learned on the counter and the girl said I’ll be with you in a minute. I said I was wandering if anyone was gonna notice me. She said something under her breath to another employee. I’m done 2nd time I’ve been in there. I would advise you to stay away from this Popeyes.
