If I could leave 0 stars, I would. The woman taking order sounded slurred and could barely talk to us. She also waited until we got to the window to tell us they were out of the chicken we wanted, but we said we’d wait. (Family of six, we love chicken, normally well worth the wait.) We waited 30 minutes and she brought it out finally, but once we were home we realized they left out the biscuits.. a staple. AND our chicken was still extremely RED inside, some pieces appearing to be bloody.

Very dissatisfied with my experience at the Neptune Beach, FL location. I had the blackened chicken sandwich for lunch the other day down near Edgewater/Port Orange area in Florida. Great atmosphere and the sandwich was awesome! However, I decided that I would get the same thing here by my house. Oh, hell NO! This place needs to be burned to the ground. Seriously, it’s absolutely disgusting inside. The drive thru has its problems as you can see in all the other reviews. The employees are on another level. They can’t speak, they just mumble and they don’t even take your order. They keep their backs to the counter and don’t acknowledge anyone that comes in. You end up having to place order on the mobile app or you would been there even longer. Then, the lady had to tell the man making the sandwiches 5 times that one was plain and the other was regular. She had to break it down for him. Plain, just meat and bread!! Get the food about 15-20 min later and they weren’t even busy. There was orders steadily coming in and nobody even looked at them. Anyway, get home and the sandwiches were nasty. The chicken was dried and shriveled and tasted old. The drinks were wrong. Just a nasty horrible Popeyes location that doesn’t seem to have proper management, training, or pride and work ethic. Corporate definitely should stop in sometime. Any one from Louisiana would be embarrassed of this establishment in Neptune Beach, Fl. Disgraceful!!! Please shut this location down immediately!!!

I absolutely love Popeyes and have never complained about then as a company but I just have to say the customer service at this place is horrible!! It took me 30 minutes in the drive through before I even got to the window to pay. As I sat there waiting for another 10 minutes for my 3 piece meal the employee would do something then stop and talk to her buddy then grab something to continue my order then stop again to talk to her buddy. Absolutely ridiculous

I drove straight up to place an order. Order was placed and we drove around to the window. We waited over 24mins for food that was cold. We only ordered a bucket meal;$25. . This used to be a fantastic Popeyes, but we are in a world were knowledge and experience do not matter anymore. Hiring unqualified employees just to fill a quota to government. A shame, America has become the same as other countries…… service is TERRIBLE.

This place was incredibly busy when I visited. I don’t know if they were understaffed or if it was just unusually busy. I waited nearly 40 minutes for a few chicken sandwiches, which were just “okay” IMO.

I’m super disappointed with flat out pathetic customer service at this location. The employees are rude, improperly trained, and always have a bad attitude. I have visited this location on Atlantic Blvd on three different occasions and today will definitely be my last. On my two prior visits, I chalked up the awful experiences to people just having bad days—we all have them and it’s ok. However today was a different story. Now, I understand that the water supply was out and I was unable to be served, however the shorter black lady with glasses behavior towards me when I pulled up to the drive through window was totally unacceptable. I was treated as though it was my fault that I couldn’t get a sandwich. She stated “WE CLOSED, can’t you see the drive thru is blocked off?!?” and “Why would we have the damn thing blocked off if we was open?!?!?” in an incredible aggressive manner and may have flipped me off as she stormed away. Do what you want with this information, I know what I’ll be doing—-KFC is literally half a block away.

I came to the store and scheduled a take-out order for the next day pick up for a birthday party. Almost $100 worth of nuggets, came in at the scheduled time the next day in the afternoon and no one knew anything about the order and I had already paid, I had a birthday starting in 10 minutes , a house full of kids and no food. I just feel like it was ridiculous and because they were short staffed and they don’t answer their phone I couldn’t get anyone to let me in the dining area or even come to the door. I had to wait 20 minutes before someone even acknowledge me. Only to be told they didn’t know anything about my order. It would take them a little while to put it together and when I asked for my refund they had to call a manager and the manager wouldn’t answer the phone so I couldn’t even get my refund and I had to come back, and now currently they still won’t let anybody in the dining area and I’m waiting in the drive-through with three cars in front of me and I’ve already been waiting 25 minutes I understand short staffed but with the staff that you have working, at least have a system put in place to avoid this type of confusion.

We went through the drive thru but we had to wait 20 plus minutes. Ended up having to go in. I think they just needed more help. The employees they had were really nice and the chicken was great. But if we had been in a hurry it would have been a problem.

Sat in the drive thru For 20 mins. Never was acknowledged. Menu was ripped out of ground and just set against the side of the building. Whoever the owner or manager is obviously has no sort of pride in the product they are giving to customers. Honestly shut the restaurant down before give such sub par service. That or hire people who actually care about their job

This place is RIDICULOUS to say the least. The staff are slower than a turtle. I went to pick up an order that consisted of a combo of chicken tenders so I stood in the pickup line waited ten minutes and after I got impatient I started asking for service (there were about 2 other people inside waiting for their order and like 3 cars in the drive thru). After I told her that I was picking up she went over to the register to look through all of those recipes to then tell me that they were gonna get on it with ofc a horrible attitude. After 30 minutes of waiting I went up and asked her how much longer bc it can’t take that long to get the order together. She tells me that they had just put the chicken in the cooker. . . after 30 MINUTES!! Not only are they slow but also disgusting. One of the other workers was packing and order then she goes to the cash register, takes out the tray, and starts counting money ♂️ After she counts the money she goes back to picking up chicken WITHOUT washing her hands or even using gloves. Then a coworker proceeds to put the things to pick up the chicken UNTOP OF THE CASH TREY. This place is horrible!! DONOT COME HERE. You might catch some kind of desease.
