These folks typically cook well. The wait times are absolutely ridiculous. They tell ya 7 minutes and pull you away from the window so the timer stops running and becomes not visible to corporate. After you have paid of course. Attitude of the team and yes the management as well is oh well your problem, sorry not sorry! I’ll be emailing corporate. I guarantee you they spent more in operating cost per hour then they will ever re-coupe. It’ll close unfortunately if this keeps up. I know of at least 3 dozen families that has given up. We are are Applebees and had outlets steaks and appetizers 40% faster. Adding them to the do not go list

This is the worst. Sat in Drive thru line for almost 30 minutes and when they finally took my order I was told it would be a 30 minute wait for chicken. They need to shut down if they can’t have chicken ready especially during peak dinner hours. I guess they forgot there is a Lindy’s across the street with better service.

Not knocking the employees, I’m sure they’re great, but I’m going to say it because no o e else will…Popeyes isn’t that great. It’s a mainstream trend. It tastes like fake food. Deep fried air with a little piece of meat. Except the the red beans and rice is very good.

Two weeks in a row! 10 piece family meal special. Last week did not warn me. After paying, I had to wait over 20 minutes for chicken to cook. This week I asked if chicken was cooked. Spicy no chicken breast cooked. So I allowed 2 regular chicken breast. Got home ready to eat. No drumsticks. My favorite. Lots of chicken wings instead of meaty pieces. Chicken dry. Overcooked or sat around too long. This is after 3 p.m. no lunch rush involved. Linda’s is looking better and better!

Why even use the app to order your food??? To arrive at the window for them to tell me they don’t have 2 of the item that I ordered off the menu for this particular location!!! THEN they ask me to pull over to WAIT….ok so we wait over 15 minutes.

The food is rarely prepared the way I order it. Whoever bakes your biscuits needs lessons. Spicy is most times indistinguishable from mild, but I do have tabasco. The worst part is ordering mixed or dark and having the pieces wrong. Or cold. Or overdone. Last order was wrong so I was told to return for a replacement. However? The manager at the store today was rude beyond measure. Never have I been treated this way. My suggestion would be to keep a list of errors and proposed corrections so different shifts are on the same page. If I had the power this man would be gone. You don’t treat customers such and remain in business. (re white tshirt, glasses, brown hair)

I always love Popeyes, this is a great location. Aside from people calling out and leaving one guy to handle front and drive through, the experience was great. TBH he did well given the number of people he was covering, and he had a great attitude (especially since he was completely overworked)

This will be our first and last time in this particular Popeyes I’m pretty sure it’s franchise own I’ll tell you why when you go in there and spend $22 and you find out when you get home the chicken is oversalted it’s been sitting up for a long time so it has all that grease caked into it where they should have got rid of that chicken and put fresh chicken out the same with the mashed potatoes you can tell with the gravy in it that’s been sitting there for a long time it’s settled down it needs a lot of improvement and when you have a restaurant like that and everything’s coming out like that you all know it starts with the management not the help so like I said I don’t feel this Popeyes is good enough to go eat again and it does need improvements and prices are a lot different than other Popeyes a little bit more higher I hope this review helped you out to make your decision

Today was a good day at Popeyes. Food quality can vary and is sometimes over or under cooked. Appears to have lots of staff turnover and be prepared to wipe off your own table before sitting down. Small lot – driving around vehicle takeout order lane can be challenging
