Came through the drive thru at 9:45 pm on a Friday night and ordered chicken nuggets. When I got to the window I realized I forgot to order a drink, (long drive from Miami and I was tired), so I asked the attendant to add one..there was nobody behind me, and she told me she couldn’t, that she wasn’t getting fired for that. I thought she was joking, but then she said “if you wanna drive back around to the order menu I will get you a drink then, but I ain’t getting fired over adding it to this order”. Had I known she were that crazy serious about it, I would have taken my card back and drove off. I mean, the drinks are right there beside her so it’s not like it would add anytime to her clock. The management needs to review their ridiculous policies. So I went next door to Taco Bell for my drink, and I will never be back to this Popeye’s again. She told me she was out of fries and most everything else but chicken, and normally I get a combo but it threw me off and I forgot to add the drink on the original order.

Ordered the 9.99 popcorn shrimp.. after I paid I see I was charged 50 cents for my Mac n cheese, 50 cents for my coke?? Why?? I was not asked if I wanted an upgrade.. I was asked what side and drink do I want.. if you cheat 300 to 500 people a day, you really help ur profit line don’t you?? I want my dollar back.. tired of companies trying to cheat us for nothing.. The pandemic is over, that excuse gone.. also the smallest shrimp ever.. not happy about my Popeye Experience today..

We went for dinner last night and the food was great and the staff was really helpful and nice. The only problem was that my man’s order was wrong and we live 20 minutes out of town so we couldn’t go back. But other than that it was great. We had no wait time and the food was awesome. We will definitely be back.

Thank you so much for the manager and the woman that worked in the kitchen that assisted me as well, with the receipt issue. Everything went well on Aug 24th 11am ish. I ordered my meal, 5 piece tenders and the woman that took my order, white woman, slim and tall with an arm tattoo and a noticeable limp, became bothered that I asked her for a receipt. In the most arrogant way she says “You can’t get one the machine is Broke”. Then she ranted that if I want my receipt, I will have to order and be charged again to get one. At that point another worker told me she was waiting on Manager to further assist me. When the bubbly manager came out she was singing and smiling, she took care of me with open arms. It was good to see a good team work together and solve an issue with zero conflict. The receipt was needed for work as i was traveling on business.

Slow service. Every thing was dirty. Not a clean table to be found. An I was sick within 2 hours of eating and stayed sick over a week. This was the worst Popeyes experience I’ve ever had.

Came during lunch time and food came out fresh, hot, and in good timing. We tried the strawberry biscuit and it was soft with just enough icing. The mango lemonade slush was delicious as well. We came from Georgia, so it was nice being able to enjoy a Popeyes that is actually to standard.
