I know times are tough but Popeyes on hwy 77 must be going bankrupt to give out portions like this. Not worth the $2.99 for the extra gravy. Go to any other Popeyes besides this one. The one on 231 is great.

I got two big boxes and they both had thighs in them. I only wanted thighs and one big box. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo. I hope the owner actually see this. I have been eating at Popeye’s chix for 20 yrs. I got these (3) thigh’s to go on 1-16, when I got home this is what I found. I called there and no one answered. I took my receipt in with these pics today requesting fresh chicken. I was meet with an argumentative staff that actually tried to justify these pieces. One was so small it looked like a chix wing (flat). They did ultimely give me 3 fresh pieces, I don’t think they should have argued the point. After all I have never been there in the past trying to scam 3 pieces of chicken, JS.

DO NOT EAT HERE we placed an online order. My son picked it up and we discovered they didn’t include ghost wings. Drove back to the store to get them and they informed me that they didn’t offer those there. No problem I’d like my refund. Sorry we can’t do that here. You’ll have to do that through the app. This is the second time they messed up an order. Will never order from them again.

2nd time I’ve ordered online for pickup and the order is incorrect when I get home. 1st was two 3 piece dinners and 5 strip dinner on receipt and paid for. Received two 2 piece dinners, 5 strip, and correct sides. Called restaurant and only got voice-mail. Never contacted by management. Next time ordered two 5 strip meals and the side items were incorrect. Didn’t bother trying to call again. Will never go back!!!!

Wow service was crazy backed up. Seems one little girl was running around trying to do everything. The manager on duty was having trouble ringing up order’s. Alisha the young lady was even running to show the manager Patty on duty how to ring certain items up. One cook on duty where they say they normally have 3. I know there is a shortage of help every where but it seems if the general manager cared how their site ran I’d of never encountered such a sight. Food was hot over all. If Alicia wasn’t there that day I personally believe they would of had to close the doors.

Seemed to be waaay too many employees behind the counter. Very little eye contact. I was a bit confused as to who was working where. No one at the front counter seemed to be concerned of a guest there. Until, from out of nowhere, an awesome and extremely pleasant older gentleman made eye contact with me, took my order, etc. That interaction with him literally was a third of the time I was standing at the counter just waiting to place an order, muchless to be acknowledged.

I came through the drive through today and ordered a 2 of meal and wanted a premium lemonade. I get to the window and it was reg lemonade out of the machine so I asked for a different drink. The cashier/order taker was nice however someone named Gordon or something I believe the manager came and said he can’t change the drink (that I had not paid for yet)because it costs more, I said ok well I guess charge the drink, he said he had no way to ring that drink up with my meal, so I say ok we’ll charge me I guess, this man charged me almost 7dollars and rung me up for a sweet tea and lemonade separate. This is completely ridiculous.

My boyfriend ordered thru the drive thru. I heard him say “They got that order wrong.’ I figured it out when I took a bite out of the chicken sandwich .The order consisted of 2 chicken sandwiches ,12 piece of shrimp, and 2 small red beans and rice. I think sometimes when they don’t have it cooked they just give you spicy when you asked non spicy. It keeps food cost down and things from being thrown away. (I’m assuming) Because at the end of the night it’s slim pickens on what you can order. I know my boyfriend isn’t stupid enough to order a sandwich so spicy Satan couldn’t eat it. Also when ordering a 12 piece shrimp he got 10. Not to mention it was over 25.00 dollars.If the packaging is the problem that spicy is hard to know from non spicy then you may want get that fixed. This isn’t the first time that this has happen when ordering a chicken sandwich from Popeyes .It just a matter of time there is going to be someone that has a reaction to that type of Heat /HOT chicken sandwich when they ordered non spicy….Just disappointed not mad
