I have never truly had a bad experience at my Popeyes (closet to my home) there have been some close encounters but fast food can be difficult. But Yolinda!!!! Is giving an experience at this location. So so sweet each and every single time!!!! This just has to be recognized. Not many people are at work to provide excellent customer service.. this is EXCELLENCE. Especially because of it being such a growing part of our small city and near downtown. I’m so pleased!!!

Stopped to get dinner. Dining room was closed but they failed to tell me until I got out of the car and went in. Then told me to get back in my vehicle and go through the drive thru. At that point I was informed it would be a 20-25 minute wait for chicken. As I question the wait I was told I could find a different Popeyes. This location they have always been rude but it is in my neighborhood. After careful observation in the past they do not act that way to people of their own race. Funny though I am Lebanese, not exactly white. So much for diversity. I went to another Popeyes and was not treated very well there either (noted in my other local review). Done with Popeyes. I hope they go bankrupt.

Asked for spicy and got mild (happens every time at ANY popeyes location) pulled through again to get the correct order and had to wait 30+ mins. My receipt was for $21 and my bank account says $26. Tried to contact customer service to get my money back and nothing has come of it. This is insane and I will never come back

I had some fried chicken. The chicken was somewhat warm. It was kind of lukewarm. It could have been hotter but it was lukewarm for the most part. But I had some mac and cheese along with my chicken. The mac and cheese tasted horrible taste like it was reheated from the previous day and had lots of oil in the bottom of the container. It didn’t even taste fresh. You can taste the quality of the mac and cheese whenever it’s fresh. This mac and cheese didn’t even taste fresh. It tastes like it was leftover, mac and cheese. It was not good at all. I didn’t even eat it. I just threw it out and was upset with myself for spending that amount of money just on a small side of mac and cheese that wasn’t even good. I can see if the mac and cheese was good but it wasn’t even delicious at all. I was better off going to a dollar store getting a box of Velveeta or Kraft mac and cheese then what they served here. It was horrible. If you’re going to get some mac and cheese from Popeyes I definitely would stay away from it. If this is the quality that this restaurant is putting out and bid themselves on a high-end place for fried chicken, then they’re definitely going to have to put some people in place to make sure their standards are being held up to the highest quality.

Ordered $40 worth of food through DoorDash. Received the wrong order twice. The bags didn’t have labels nor were they closed. Only thing that deserves a high rating out of this Popeyes location is the strawberry biscuit. I was taught to check my work in kindergarten.
