9 times out of 10 they get my order wrong and it’s always so simple- they give me mild chicken instead of spicy just about every single time. I have to constantly go back through the drive thru and they always have attitude about it or question if I’m right even though my receipt will say spicy. I’ve worked fast food- it’s literally so easy to get orders right. Especially when it’s ONE PERSON. They simply don’t care. They also have terrible customer service but that is every popeyes I’ve been to. It’s no excuse I work a minimum wage customer service job. You leave your attitude at home simple as that

The food was fresh and hot. Love the red beans and rice. The mashed potatoes are great. The spicy chicken wasn’t quite done when I got there ,had to wait for just a few minutes but it was well worth it.

When we asked a question about a coupon we had . We was told no . Then asked what are we getting. Yes that was how she asked us. She was not polite at all. Wish I had caught her name but she of course had no name tag. They also had a very long drive through line which caused the inside we wait because they had no chicken cooked. We waited inside for 30 minutes. Mashed potatoes and gravy was cold. We didn’t ask for condiments but we got them anyways.

If you like terrible service, food that’s been sitting out for 3 hours or more and waiting 15 minutes In front of the store for that 3 hour food, then this Popeyes is perfect, I think I’ve gone to every Popeyes around the area and this (BY FAR) is the worst one. You cannot even eat some of the food they give you. I always go back thinking “theirs no way it will be terrible every time” and they prove me wrong every single time. If you go there, good luck, I applaud your strength.

DONT GO HERE. Just don’t. I would suggest to find another location if you really want Popeyes because I would literally drive 15 minutes out of the way to go to a different location than I will ever waste my time or money at this one ever again!! It’s not just a one time thing! I understand everybody has bad days but this was on a Sunday night with literally nobody there, and I placed an order online for one chicken sandwich and a side of red beans and rice and just like every single other time I ever place an online order at this location when I get there they didn’t get it until I literally had to have them look for it! What’s the point of ordering online then?! Then it takes them 35 minutes to make a chicken sandwich when there’s literally no other customers! Why??? AND THEN IT TASTES LIKE ITS BEEN COOKED 7 TIMES. Hard to rate the food. Bottom line? You either like Popeye’s or not. When I want fresh fried chicken I’ll go to Popeye’s. Very clean store, friendly staff. This location has also been in the same spot since at least 87′. Check it out. Just for fun? Tell any girl that you heard it was haunted. Lol, you’ll get an old story.

Popeyes on 9 mile is TRASH. You always have to wait for your food and then once you get it, it be cold. One time they messed up my order not once BUT THREE times. I said that I wasn’t gonna go there anymore but I ended up going once again because it’s convenient and close to my home. This time they made me wait for 30 minutes . And when I got my chicken it was cold. Throw the whole establishment away!!!

The staff of 3 was 2 ladies up front & 1 male cook. The wait time was long & my food was luke warm. BUT those 3 employees rocked it during the lunch rush!!! Especially 1 of the front of the house ladies. She was taking orders at the register, cooking/making the chicken & fish sandwiches! The other girl was doing drive thru, bagging orders for the whole restaurant, and giving the orders out & asking if we needed any sauces. The guy cook must have been cooking up a storm, because they never ran out of any items! I think they were short staffed but they rocked the lunch rush
