This is a new Popeyes and in Beulah by Navy Fed. Given the location I would expect it to be clean. The place was SO gross! And the person taking my order was so unsanitary touching the screen, touching their nose, crud all under the nails, putting food in the bags…our order wasn’t even correct. Which we didn’t even get a receipt for. The food went in the trash. And I’m out $25. Pictures speak for itself….the health department needs to take a visit.

Stopped here on my way back to Alabama. Ordered 3 chicken sandwiches and was waiting over THIRTY minutes. I think they actually had to kill a chicken in the back and make the entire thing from scratch. That being said the lady that brought out our drinks updated us on our food and was very sweet, even offering us a strawberry biscuit. Food was amazing once we finally got it but the wait was atrocious. Y’all better protect this woman at all costs she is the only one keeping your Popeyes franchise from going down the toilet.

Beware of this place. Waited 20 minutes for dry chicken. it was cool on the outside and semi- hot on the inside. Other people waited about that long for their food. The drive through was not that busy. My Coleslaw was slimy.

Fourth time experiencing bad service at this location. Tried a new tactic and ordered and paid through the App this time. Arrived at the drive thru, was greeted with, “just a minute”. Later, a voice said, “go ‘head with your order”. Told them, I had an online order, number 84. She said, “pull around and we’ll bring it out to you.” I parked outside the drive thru window where other customers were waiting. 45mins passed as more customers were asked to wait in the parking lot. Went inside and stood at the counter. 10 minutes passed before I finally got someone’s attention. Told them, I never got my food, my meal break was over from my job and I needed a refund. Employee yelled to woman in purple shirt about my refund. She yelled back, “he needs to do it through the app”. I asked how to do that. Employee said, I don’t know. Eight employees were counted. Chicken was visible and sitting in the heated trays. While my previous visits were similar, this one sealed the deal. Employees looked miserable, service is dreadful, food is overcooked. Absentee owner should Close this location and free the tortured souls seemingly doomed to haunt this building.

I looked at the screen and saw my for 2 wings and a breast. Cole slaw and fries…. Missing food and the wrong meat, two thighs and a leg. Not going to drive back. Seeing the low ratings at this location should of been a warning. Avoid this location.

Place is pathetic. The app lets me order take out to pick up but you can’t get inside because they don’t have enough employees. It took 34 minutes from ordering to get my food, and of course it was wrong. Saw more people drive off than get food. This place is absolutely the worst, I love Popeyes but I’ll never eat this crazy again. Waste of time, rewards points and money. They are awful. Just close down if you don’t care.

We visited at 11am on Sunday, July 2, 2023. Derrick was MOD. He, and all of the girls, were fantastic. Our food was made hot, fresh, and was delicious!!! I’ll take fresh Popeye’s over Chick-fil-A all day, every day. Thanks for the great experience.

Stopped by at 8:40. They close at 10. My pregnant wife was craving popeyes. I finally make it to the window at 9:35. There were only 4 cars in front of me at 8:40. They told me they didn’t have anything fried, they didn’t have legs or sides. They couldn’t tell me what they did have. They were rude like i was a jerk for coming an hour before i close. They didn’t care. I drove by afer not ordering anything, and they were all laughing. Ill never come here again. I hope they get shut down. Never had such an awful experience in all my life at a fast food place

Been here twice with my boyfriend. Each time we were rushed and spoken too VERY rudely. If the employees don’t like their jobs then maybe they should quit. And they should also be checked for hygiene, because our cashier had like 4 inch nails. I hope she didn’t touch my food with those disgusting nails. Nevertheless, we will NOT be back. I’m over the attitudes and customer service here.

If you want your order to be wrong and the enjoyment of going back through the drive thru to get it corrected and get it wrong again, this is the place to go. The last 6 times there is always something wrong with our order, whether online or in person. The food is great. The service is great, but the order taking is lacking. FIGHT FOR 15…yeh right.
