Came here for the big family feast, the one with 6 pc signature chicken, 2 chicken sandwiches, 4 biscuits, and 2 large sides. That’s a mouth full I know. Pun intended lol. The food came out fast for the amount I ordered. The chicken and fries were still crispy even after steam from the package moistened them and the day after reheat. The Blackened ranch and bayou Buffalo sauce were my favorites. Blacken ranch is top fave. Gonna get more next time i get this meal. The biscuits were soft and had a good buttery flavor. I didn’t see any undercooked chicken. I would definately come back here again.

There hasn’t been a single time my family and eye have gotten food at this Popeyes where the order has been correct. Doesn’t matter the day, the time, the food ordered, or the quantity it is always wrong. It also doesn’t matter if it’s an order delivered, picked up, or ordered in person. 8/10 times there are missing items and the other 2/10 is incorrect food items. I’ve tried speaking to members of staff for corrections and they have been so rude, no apology, and this is just they worst Popeyes I’ve ever had the experience of using. At this point, the chances for retribution are zero for me. Clearly even the manager doesn’t wish to be helpful at this point. Also the Mac and cheese is always dripping in greese that can’t be mixed in. Nasty.

We went through the Drive through, it was a little long of a wait. Due to the fact that there were only two gentlemen working, trying their hardest to keep up with all the orders and do everything in a timely manner. The food was great. They were kind and kept things moving as much as they could.

Ordered online. Made a mistake and my order was doubled on a second ticked. Went to the dining room waited 9 minutes for someone to speak to me. No one ever did. Finally tried to explain my problem without being asked. Manager told me she could not help me delete an order and I would have to do it on the app. Refused to help in any way. Suffice it to say we did not eat chicken that night. I put the blame on this interaction directly on the management. It was May 4th at 7:30. I give the timestamp so the manager can be asked directly what happened. Oh and the woman in line behind me filed a complaint as well

Today was our first time going through the dive thru & it was ridiculously bad. For fast food, we shouldn’t sit in the drive thru for 25 minutes. Our order was wrong, they didn’t give us any sauces we asked for, no utensils for eating our sides, no napkins, the girl working drive thru kept interrupting us & talking to someone else in the back ground. We ordered desserts but the girl wasn’t listening to us so we didn’t get the deserts. And the mac ‘n cheese was disgusting. Guess we’ll stick with Chick-fil-A after all.

We were unable to purchase anything at all. The person operating the drive-through muttered something. When my husband started to order, he rudely interrupted him and said, “You aren’t listening, look at the menu and I’ll be with you.” After we left, I called them the person who answered the phone was the same person on the drive through he has a very distinct voice. I proceeded to say, “You’re the one in the drive-through, and you’re being extremely rude to customers, Can I speak with your manager?” he said speaking. When I repeated what he had said after he had stated how so, he denied it and place me on hold. What a terrific approach to set an example, sir; continue to lead by example. Well done on choosing your leadership Popeyes in Crestview.

We placed a mobile order and they said they never got it. So we told them over the intercom as they screamed to the other employees what we ordered. Half of our order was missing and we spent nearly $50. NEVER COME HERE YOULL WASTE YOUR MONEY. Worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to.
