1/2 cup of gravy! I am so familiar with Popeyes getting the order wrong that I will not leave without looking in the box 1st for problems. Today is an all-time new low. Ordered a simple 3-piece meal with Mashed potatoes as my side, really easy to get it correct, but none the less, they gave me a 1/2 cup of just gravy rather than mashed potatoes and gravy. Certainly, the staff seems to be doing it on purpose! I never would have thought I needed to put a spoon in my side to check it out. Lessoned learned.

We always have a great experience here. Tonight has been the best experience by far. Anthony at the front shown hands down the best customer service to everyone in the lobby I have ever seen. He check on everyone eating in the lobby and kept smiles on everyone’s faces. I hope he continues his upbeat customer service. Also the back house deserves a mention as the food came out fresh and quick. There was great communication from what I seen and heard. Like I said I’ve never had a bad experience.

For a total of 31 dollars you can get 2 boxes of 5 piece tenders that are actually just 100% breading, a side that is half filled despite it being already really small, and a large drink which seems to be the only thing they can do right. It was till we got to the pick area that they told us they didn’t have any of the sauces we wanted or type of chicken we wanted which was spicy. Makes chick fil a seem cheap.

We tried to order online and the closing time was wrong and there were things listed on the menu online that are no longer available. The drive thru person was very short and did not listen at all. We ordered the 4 sandwich family meal which is supposed to come with 4 sandwiches, a large fry, and 4 biscuits. We added on 2 extra biscuits and a large mashed potato as well. We got no mashed potatoes and no biscuits at all and instead got chicken tenders that we did not order nor want. This is the second time my mom has gone there and had her order messed up. That was an entire half of the meal that we ordered that was paid for that we did not get. Plus because the closing time is wrong on Google (11 pm) we couldn’t go back and have them fix it because by that time it was just after 9 pm. I do not recommend.

The WORST Popeyes I have ever been to BY FAR. First couple times was either a 20 minute wait or a mistakenly missed item (happens) but yet again on the final chance it proved to be a terribly ran location with sorry employees, no other way to explain it. My Large mac and cheese and large side of gravy came like this…

Had to wait 15 minutes for our food. No problem, they told us it would take that long because we didn’t want spicy. There server even offered us a complementary drink for the wait. When we got home our order was wrong. We’re finding this more and more at so called fast food places.

Place was great the first couple months after it opened, and now I’m scared to go because they will either mess up my order or not have 50% of the menu items because they are too lazy to make them. Still love Popeyes, but the red beans and rice situation has got to get SORTED. First they dropped the quantity so the standard size is TINY. And now today when I upgraded to the large size, it wasn’t filled all the way and was predominantly Rice. Maybe 5 beans in the whole cup! Rice and beans are some of the cheapest, most affordable foods on the planet—there’s just NO IMAGINABLE REASON to be so stingy with them!
