Great Popeyes! Was really easy getting takeout to bring home. They have some of the best fries and the chicken is really crispy. Don’t forget to ask for sauces. The potatoes are okay though.

Completely horrible experience!!! Food was cold and stale. Got charged more because I was denied using the app for offers due to it being inside the mall. The pieces of chicken given to me were really small with almost no meat whatsoever. Sides were ok. Wait not that long, but the female manager was very rude when pointed out the flaws of the food and I was told to “look around and see how empty the place was” as an excuse for the bad service. Only good thing was the female latina cashier who was nice the entire time to us.

I ordered 2 sandwich combo meals and they didn’t include biscuits with the order – even though it clearly states that you get biscuit with the order on the menu board. When asked the staff about it they started getting rude that combo doesn’t include it and to contact Popeyes helpline.

I ate here today and waited a while for my food because it was so packed and they dropped a fresh batch of chicken. The staff was soooo stressed but they were moving quick and trying their best. They had trouble understanding a group that didn’t speak English very well but didn’t get frustrated or impatient. Props to the staff working around 3 PM on Nov 15!

This was my first time ordering at this Popeyes. I ordered two 3-pc chicken tender combos for my mother and me. After ordering I waited 22 minutes for my food. Not one person let me know why I was waiting so long. There was another couple waiting longer than me. Apparently, they were waiting for the tenders to cook. I read in another review about the light skinned Latina lady and I agree with the comment. She was extremely rude. When I asked for BBQ sauce she practically threw it in my bag. Worst experience ever at a Popeyes.
