Please do not EVER visit his location! Just had the worst customer experience. First, I sat in line for over 45 mins when there was only 4 cars ahead of me. I order my food with a lady. I was specific my order and repeated it. I pulled up to the window about 15 mins later. A young man is at the window. He confirmed the wrong order. I corrected him and the lady next to him tells him that I’m lying and to give me the incorrect order. She then walks off. I tell him that I’m not paying for something that I didn’t order. I ask him for her name and he tells me he doesn’t know. I ask him to tell her to come to the window. She comes and tell me that I didn’t say the order that I said. I ask her for her name and she refused and says her GM will be in the morning. She closes the window in my face. I have never experience anything like that. Please do not visit this location.

Billy who works the register provided outstanding customer service to me and my family when we went to eat at popeye’s. he made sure we were satisfied and was incredibly friendly and personable. we will be customers for life because of his kindness and dedication to his work. the team leader was also very friendly and took a lot of pride in running a successful operation.

Great place, great service. I think food wise, as long as they package it right, they’re well trained in customer service, they should go from good to great pretty quick! I’ve been going to this popeyes pretty regularly since last year and they do things better today compared to the first time i came. So definitely doing a great job as of now. Place is clean and food as always good as well.

This lady just yelling at everyone the whole time. Wild experience. I stayed at the drive thru for 5 minutes with no one saying anything so I went in and waited almost half an hour for my food, after ordering. All while she just ran around doing 3 different jobs at the same time yelling at everyone. Idk if she’s just frustrated cuz her help sucks or if her staff took a step back because of how she acts. It’ll be a while before I come back to this location, give this issue time to be fixed.
