Today I never experienced buying spoiled coleslaw from any restaurant cold chicken and chicken sandwich.. I called the restaurant same day 5 min after receiving my order for the manger to say yes it right the coleslaw is bad sorry about that can u bring the chicken bk so I can see it Wait What.. No I’m not bringing the chicken bk I just want y’all to stop serving ppl spiked food for one for two is like to speak with your general manager because you have no concern at all.. The supervisor stated she didn’t know the name of her supervisor nor the Gm.. I ask for her stir number and she said you already know my store number.. Again excuse me.. Why am I unable to get info from a supervisor for my complaint? Why are u declinining me these this when u have checked the coleslaw and admitted it was spoiled. Why ask me to bring chicken bk when I’m not asking for a refund.. I have submitted a complaint to food saftey committee.. I will find out who was supervisor why I was declined info that should be giving upon request

Don’t come to this ratchet restaurant. The service is slow and they act like they don’t want to be there. Whenever you order 8 piece white meat they always throw in dark meat and send you on your way. I constantly have to go back to the store because something is wrong with my order, it’s either wrong or they threw some stale food in the bag.

I only order the original crispy sandwich. As far as I’m concerned Popeyes has the best chicken sandwich in town. No one can touch their sandwich. Also there’s sandwich is sandwich is huge. And the price ,under $5 you can’t go wrong. They’re always very hot when they’re made for you. And it will definitely fill you up, there huge!! FYI, THEY WILL GIVE YOU EXTRA PICKLES IF YOU ASK FOR THEM.

I ordered through Uber eats almost 2 hours before they were do to close at this location I got notification they were wrapping up my order and then an hour before they are do to close I get a notification that my order has been cancelled!! I then called directly to the store to find out why and no answer!!! It is now 10:39 p.m. they are not do to close until11 p.m. I am very disappointed as I paid 36 dollars and some change and now have to cook!! I feel I deserve the meal for free and free delivery!!

I would avoid this restaurant at all cost. I went in there and pick up some food for a delivery service and I flashed my phone at the guy as I do at all restaurants that I go to and he was busy doing something else and he yelled at me. At this point there were several young men that came up to the register to report that their fries were not in with their order. The older gentleman that was waiting on people was quite rude to these and said that he gave them mashed potatoes and if they wanted fries they should have said they wanted cries when they placed their order. The gentleman also said they didn’t get their biscuits and the guy said that they got everything they paid for in a very ugly. The young men then said that they spent $30 and they did not get their fries or biscuits and the man behind the counter told them to leave. I was getting irritated I ask the gentleman if he would please get the food and he yelled at me and asked me if I wanted to just cancel it. If he doesn’t want to work he should just go home. I can’t believe that any restaurant would allow this man to work there. because of him and I would suggest that nobody go there.
