Do not go to this place if you are on a time crunch! Literally waited 25 minutes in the drive-through. Took my order and completely screwed it up. People standing outside, trying to get in and it is locked. The staff here are completely inapt and could care less.

Please try the blackened chicken sandwich, it is absolutely delicious!!! I get extra pickles just for a nice kick to it!! This location has some of the nicest workers, I came here after a long flight and went through the drive thru, they were about to close in 5 minutes and still served me with kindness! The food was piping hot and fresh, and it took maybe 5-8 minutes to wait for my food. 5 stars!!!

Workers constantly close the dining room during normal business and force you to go through the drive through and pay cash only. And when you try to walk in, the doors will be locked and you will see like 3 or 4 employees sitting down and doing nothing…so lazy and horrible work ethic. I wonder if the owner is aware the employees are doing this on a daily basis. Workers are also extremely rude. They need to rehire a completely different staff from top to bottom.

Do not come to this location. I’ve been here multiple times and each time it’s always been an extremely rude employees or a flirty one. I got the nuggets just to try out and the pieces are extremely small and some burned. I don’t know if it’s just this location but the workers are always so mean like they are having the worst day in the world. I told the lady in the drive window that I was missing food she rolls her eyes and says “can you come in cause I ain’t even pack yo food” when I come in the other lady is rude and saying everything is there and tosses the box back. I am amazed with this location how nasty they can be. It’s not worth coming here they need to close this location.

The young lady taking my order was very rude and unfriendly, I will never be returning to this restaurant. She looked so unapproachable and was very aggressive when I misunderstood a question I asked. I spent over a hundred dollars and while waiting for an order that ended up having missing items, I overheard the lady who took our order continuously stating she did not want to make the 16 piece order or chicken which happened to be part of our order. Before leaving I asked for some ranch and she gave a face as if I was interrupted her and handed me 3 sides of ranch for about 30 pieces of chicken I ordered. Very poor experience which will be my last

We visited Popeyes at 506 S Federal HWY in Dania Beach FL on Aug 15, 2022 and YUK what a bad experience. I wanted to introduce my 2 boys to Popeyes because I remember liking it. My one son got the “Premium” lemonade. It was FERMENTED! I’m not super picky but I know what fermented tastes like. Apparently everyone gets the frozen lemonade, he got the normal one. The girl took 3 tries to get it right. First she pumped strawberry in, I said no strawberry just lemonade. Then she took a new cup and started filling it with frozen. I said not frozen normal lemonade. (maybe nobody gets the normal one which is why it sat so long and became fermented?) Then 3rd time she got it right. He complained to me then I tasted it. It tasted like juice that sat out for a few weeks really fermented. To the point it was bubbly like wine. This was no mistake, they must have had this stuff sitting there for ages and ages. Let’s keep going. His sandwich was shriveled and tiny and looked like it had a bite taken out of it (pic attached before he bit it!). My sandwich was much bigger. I guess he got some bad luck that day. Needless to say our first trip to Popeyes (ever for them) was our last. It was horrible. The girl did not care at all by the way when I tole her it was fermented. I’m not sure if she knows what it meant so I explained it was “bad”. She just looked away and continued with her day. She did not care at all. YUK YUK YUK all around.

Terrible location. Orders are constantly incorrect, staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional, not to mention the place is dirty. You’re better off going to the one on 441 and Sheridan. The entire staff should be FIRED!

90% of the time something is missing from my order. It’s never anything large but there’s almost always something wrong or missing. My main issue is the drive through speaker. Im pretty shocked that corporate hasn’t sent them someone to fix it. It’s hard to hear them, it’s clear it’s hard for them to hear us, and it produces some pretty awful extra noises.
