Employees are extremely rude and disrespectful. I approached the drive through a quarter before 10pm and was sitting there for minutes before I decided to go inside. Remind you they’re supposed to close at 11pm. I go around and a young lady is at the door mopping so I asked are you open she ignores me. Again I asked. She said no, I asked not even the drive through and she says no. Why is the closing time listed at 11pm me and the following 2 cars behind me left. This location is extremely unprofessional. No way this is acceptable !

The service is beyond trash, if you go there prepare yourself to waste time. You will place your order, pay, then when you’re going to pick up your food they scramble around like they don’t know where they are to then tell you they don’t have the item you’re ordering and can’t help you. This has happened several times already. So what is the purpose of this location being open? Shut this store down and clean house, you just have parasites running this location in the most mediocre way. Don’t believe me? Corporate should consider going undercover.

I ordered 2 spicy chicken, combos both with lemonade, one with pickles one with no pickles one for a mac & cheese is a side and the other Cajun fries. The only thing that I received was 2 spicy chicken sandwich no lemonade, no sides and one of the chicken sandwiches had mayonnaise on it instead of the spicy chicken sauce. I couldn’t do anything because it was through Uber eats they did refund has the money but I’m just delivered. This is the second time I have issues with the same store and they have a major attitude.

Ordered 12 piece Ghost Pepper Wings via drive thru and to our disappointment after we got home and opened our box only had 8 wings. Very disappointing considering you spend your hard earn money to be cheated. Better care need to be taken with the preparation of orders, considering the wings do not come in increments of 8.

This is the worse Popeyes I’ve been to hands down. If you actually get thru the drive thru (which always take forever), you place an order and they tell you at the window after you’ve already paid they don’t have what you just paid for. They say they close at 11pm, but good luck anytime after 10pm as they will not answer the order intercom and you’ll just be sitting there looking stupid.Only 1 out of 4 times that I’ve ordered from here I actually got what I ordered or wasn’t missing something. The staff is also very unprofessional, joking around, playing, using profanity and talking about inappropriate topics in front of customers.Don’t waste your time on Uber eats either after 8pm…. They will cancel your order after you’ve waited over an hour for it to arrive. I wasnt going to do a review on this place initially, but honestly they need to fix whatever is creating this problem.i will literally drive to 184th Street and be back to this area and still get my food faster than going there.

They need to fire the manager. She closed the lobby at 8:00pm and sent customers to the drive thru… made everyone wait in line at the drive-thru to THEN say she was not taking any orders because she didn’t want to change the grease!! 2 1/2 hours before close! Where they do that at? Popeyes apparently.
