I took my gf to try this new location since the one we were at was packed out. She even ordered on the app AHEAD of time. We get there, it’s not packed out which is great ; only when we get to the window they don’t hv our order ready like AT ALL. Mind you, it took us about 10 min to drive there and another 5-6 min to get up to the window. They tell us that my gfs order just came in and to please wait at curbside. THAT was enough to turn us on off from this location. I won’t be back. The mngr gave us a free chicken sandwich for their negligence but even her delivery was poor for trying and to communicate to a customer that you and your teenage staff messed up our order. We literally could’ve just ordered when we arrived and got our food faster instead of using the app (which is supposed to save u time!)& having to wait over 20 min.

Popeyes is my favorite fried chicken restaurant. The food at this location is always fresh, the place is fairly new and looks good. It’s always clean, and more importantly, the staff is always friendly. They joke around a lot and make you laugh.

This was my first time here and I was excited to try something new. I will not be coming back here. Not only is the food overly greasy (expected for fast food), but the service is terrible. My mom and I ordered my dad a chicken cheddar bacon sandwich and they didn’t tell me at the order screen they were out of bacon. We didn’t find out they were out until we got to the window and we didn’t want to wait 10 minutes because I had somewhere to be. We paid for bacon we didn’t get. It was also weird because the guy at the order screen told us the total was 25 something and when we get to the counter it was 38. I looked at the receipt and 38 was correct so I’m not sure why he said 25? Whatever those things are not that bad. It’s the fact that they charged us DOUBLE. After checking the bank account we found out we were charged twice separate times for the same meal. My mom went back there today and they still had the same attitude they had taking our order. Trust me, my mom is not a Karen, she’s very sweet and forgiving. So their rudeness had nothing to do with the way we were acting. When my mom requested a refund for the second charge they were acting like nothing happened and they didn’t just charge us 77 bucks. Also the lady only refunded us 37? Which it was 38 plus tax for the meal. I have never been to a place with workers so confused on simple addition problems…

I come to this location several times a week, I have never had a single order be correct. It is ALWAYS missing multiple items. How can you be consistently this wrong? Staff needs better training.

Pointless to leave a review but what the hell… I placed two orders, both orders had a chicken sandwich, before I pulled off, I asked the if both orders were in the bag, I pulled up a little checked my bag anyways, I seen that one of my chicken sandwiches were missing. I pulled around to the door thinking that this was going to be a quick fix… and told the manager that one of my sandwiches were missing. No apologies, they just took my receipt and had me waiting there… 7 minutes later another manager came out asking “who’s car is parked right there move your vehicle.” I told her it’s mine, I’m still waiting on my sandwich and the other manager said to me “you got your sandwich it was in the bag” I said, “yes, but I ordered 2… “ And he said it again, “you got your sandwich, then rolled his eyes”

The person working obviously didn’t want to be there. Once placing the order, we had a few cars in front of us and when we got up to the window after paying the lady explained that the bacon for my chicken cheddar bacon sandwich was cooking and it would be eight more minutes . I know I already paid, but I didn’t think eight minutes was acceptable after sitting in line waiting after my order was placed My card was charged twice, now I have to go back because no one’s answering the phone.

3rd time visiting, service is slow, first 2 times I visited, the place was new, the staffs need time to adjust, I give them that. This most recent time, see no improvement, car line wasn’t long, lobby was empty when I walked in, yet no one to take my order, one staff at the front busy bagging food, 3 people working around the drive in window, but they didn’t seem busy. I see the manager walk around but don’t see her coordinating. The food warmer was full of wings, but order is just not coming out! Waited like 15 minutes for my order to come, the guy who ordered after me was getting impatient also. He started asking the staffs to check his order when I walked out.

I haven’t had Popeyes in years. This was my 1st time here. The drive-thru wasn’t busy at all. When I pulled up to the window, after paying I was told I have to pull around to park because it would be a little wait. I told the girl at the window- I would be parked at the curbside. I stayed parked their for 15 mins no one showed up. I had to call the store. Apparently the manager told me my order was given to someone else in another car parked in the back. I pulled back into the drive-thru to see what happen? They apologized and told me they “gave me extra food”. When I reached home (in sunrise) I found out 1 items was missing and the wings were extra hard. Just terrible! I tried calling the store again no one picked up.

Spicy chicken sandwich and fries were amazing and the drive through was fast. I was a little concerned because some of the recent reviews weren’t great but this location was faster and better tasting than any Popeyes I’ve been to in Alabama.
