Went through the drive through and asked for a Mac and cheese. Looks and smells like it was made yesterday. The cheese is completely separated and there is a pool of grease at the bottom. $7 of disgusting looking gloop.

I ordered the shrimp combo Mac and cheese biscuit and fries are fine but I got no shrimp just a bunch of fried batter and it seems is the small remaining pieces they couldn’t make fresh new ones the meal is $10. Ridiculous. On top of that the lady at the drive thru had an extremely dry annoyed in a hurry for you to stop ordering attitude. Never going back to any Popeyes period.

Yaney or Yanay or whatever your name is, If your lobby is empty and you dont wanna take orders on the drive thru yes people are gonna come inside mad at you, specially wheres theres a lot of chicken sitting and people skipping on the drive-thru lane going straight to your window. Dont know how the manager couldnt realized this. The 3 cars behind me had to get out and go to your counter, again, on empty tables, not a soul dinning inside. I’ve been going to this Popeyes, all of my life, and in the last year, the accuracy of the orders is terrible. If you ride off without checking your order, you will regret it. I don’t ever remember this being a problem before. Also, newer workers have a spicy attitude to go along with the spicy chicken. Don’t mess around and let them know that your order was wrong…they act like it’s somehow your fault. The chicken still tastes good, just don’t expect any politeness or courtesy. Double check your order every time. I feel a little bad for writing this review, because there are some older ladies there who are quite sweet and professional.

Their food is delicious but i do NOT like the lady in the front who was taking our order tonight (Sunday June 11,2023) at (8:15pm). Her attitude was really bad and seemed like she was taking whatever personal things she may have had going on that day on us. Also seemed to be a bit rushitive and starting to raise her voice in which was uneccesary for, my mother and myself kept a calm and professional based conversation. Did not need the disrespect! Thank you!

This is one of the worst lications. First they are unfriendly. Food always cold and tastes old. Chicken does not smell fresh. The bone was black. The spicy chicken always lacks the spicy seasoning. This has been going on for my 20 years in this area. I drive to 152nd for popeyes. They are hit or miss. But this time it was late. I should have passed. Wasted .

I don’t know but this location is a joke, and I guess I needed a laugh tonight. I was craving some chicken tenders and a biscuit nothing too complicated or too difficult to execute. I also ordered some fries through the Popeyes app just because they were a dollar for each regular fry. Not only was I missing one of my fries but for us to currently still be in a pandemic, they were definitely violating regulations. Even though they were using tongs and scoopers to touch the food, with them not wearing gloves it was disgusting. I seen the cashier handle money and then begin to assemble a order by touch the paper with no gloves or washing her hands. I don’t know about anybody else but to me that was revolting. There was food all over the floor from my view from in front of the counter. Just save your time and your money and find somewhere else to get your dinner. Also when I ask for my second fry that I’d pay for, she had put at least 15 fries in the little wrapper. So if I ever eat Popeyes again I will purchase seasoned fries from Publix before buying theirs again. With my three baby chicken tenders and technically one order of fries, they made sure to give me enough sauce for a 12 piece family meal so I guess that was a plus. As I repeat, I do not recommend this location I’ll definitely give another one a try very far from this one. If you ever come here please check your food prior to leaving the premises and definitely make sure that you pray before you eat.

I ordered chicken sandwiches for me and my son.. my chicken sandwich was mostly breading and no chicken and my son’s was disgusting.. he was eating it and when he was getting to the middle he stopped and asked me if chicken has fat in the middle I told him no so he continued to try and eat but when he tried to take a bite the chicken he told me it was kind of hard and he was able to bite the chicken off the sandwich so I thought something was strange so when I tried to bite it I realized the problem. The middle of the sandwich was a big piece of cartliage.. I tried to bite it several times and when it realized it was cartliage I almost threw up..it was a horrible experience for me image a child’s experience.. the entire.kiddle of the sandwich was cartliage . I use to think Popeyes had the best chicken sandwich but after what we experienced im afraid to eat anything from Popeyes… So sad how they don’t care about the food they serve to it’s customers.. be better Popeyes

They are understaffed, but seem to be the fastest moving Popeyes I’ve seen in Dade County. The drive through is booked heavy. The Uber eats have slowed Popeyes down a lot. But inside they were playing Dr John RIP . Anyway I ordered the 5 piece tenders and 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. The large Diet Pepsi got me full. The sauce on the sandwiches is really spicy. I liked that. I do recommend.
