Walked in and wasn’t greeted til the Mgr said something. Got home with food, and the large Mac and cheese I ordered was portioned incorrectly. Was given 3 small cups that looked like this again. Not worth $5. Make your own.

First, the prices are outrageous. $15 for chicken strips. But I bit the bullet, waited in line for crazy… it took me 33 minutes to get over-priced chicken strips. Than to boot, the biscuit was so old and hard, it was worthless, the fries were cold and over salted, the chicken tasted good, but what an ordeal. I’m going back to the truck-stop stations for chicken. Better price, better quality and there is always good hot food. Popeye’s has gone down hill and they have received my last dollar.

Cant give a 0 star rating or i would. Worst experience ever! I placed an order online and didnt recieve part of my order. This is a photo of what I received. I ordered an 8 piece family meal that included a LG fry, and 3 spicy ck sandwiches and 3 apple pies. Plus an additional lg mac and chz and 5 biscuits. Clearly there is only 4 pieces of chicken 3 spicy ck sandwiches LG fry LG Mac and chz 3 apple pies and 3 biscuits. Missing from my order was 2 legs, 2 wings and 5 biscuits. When I address the situation I was called a liar by the rude staff including by what I assume was the manager. A few moments later they threw a box of biscuit on the counter. Then proceeded to act like I wasn’t still standing there.

I love Popeyes! However this one was Not a pleasant experience. Drive through closed. Went inside and they were all out of #1 chicken sandwich?!?!??? Unbelievable!!!! So we left.. ugh! Whoever owns this location needs to set the staff up to succeed..

The food was good and hot but not as flavorful as it used to be. Service HORRIBLE! They watched is pull on the door to dining area. As we were pulling away we saw people inside so we went to the pickup window to ask if they were open. The female opened the window about an inch and answered yes. We went around the building, placed our order, went to the window again. Once we got our order we asked for extra napkins and utensils, she gave us a handful of utensils… We order 3 snack boxes and they have us one spoon… Really. It was about 10 people in the kitchen and the parking lot was empty. The other food places had cars in their parking lot because you could tell they were open

Employee’s must’ve been having a bad day. Attitudes all around. 20 minute wait on dark meat. Should have been 20 seconds considering everything tasted microwaved. This was my first and LAST visit to this establishment.

I really don’t mean to make this sound like a back handed compliment, the customer service was great. I paid for my order in advance on the app, and thank god I did because they were only accepting cash when I got there. Got my food & the order was correct. The only part that sketched me out was when I was trying to leave, there were people in the parking lot trying to fist fight. They were standing in the drive thru in front of my truck, so I couldn’t really move forward to leave. Not Popeyes fault, but maybe enough to consider going to a different one next time.

This Popeyes apparently always closes early. We went to the drive through at 10:40pm, were told to go inside because the drive through was closed, only to walk around and find all the doors were locked. A Waffle House employee next door then told us they always do this. I’m not upset they closed early, I’m upset the drive thru employee misled us and told us to go inside, wasting our time since all the doors were locked.

I have gone here a few times and thought it would get better. But no it’s gotten worse. The chicken is so small. It looks like they use seagulls for chicken. And the beans and rice were terrible and not even filled all the way. The only good about the meal was the soda and the biscuit. Not going there again. Bye bye popeyes on hillsborough ave and orient rd.
