Got the wrong food thru drive thru and paid 20.00 for 2 two piece meals. One was supposed to be regular and one spicy but both were spicy so I had no dinner that nite except mashed potatoes and biscuit. Both dinners were shorted sides. Wont go there again.

I really want to love this restaurant for the simple fact they aren’t Chick-fil-A. But man, they make that SO damn hard. I ordered a five piece deal for two people, they put me in the parking lot and kind of forgot about me it seems. It took 40 minutes to get my food and they didn’t even have the french fries I ordered.

This is the worst Popeyes in Tampa. I ordered a two piece combo with a side of red beans and rice. The red beans and rice were not fresh, the rice was hard and cold. The chicken wasn’t fresh either! It tasted like they had it sitting out in the cold air allday. Not to mention, they don’t even have the new lemonades at this location. I will never buy food from this location ever again.

Its always an issue at this location the staff always act like they dont want to work like ur bothering them to come order food. If you can get them to answer the speaker in the drive thru, they usually dont have available some part of the order. At this point Im done even trying to give this location my money, today was the last straw for me. Even though the restaurant is very local to where I live I wont go there anymore. Since the staff act like they dont want to work, I hope this location makes no money and they end up closing the restaurant and then the staff wont have to act bothered to do their job anymore. Just my opinion.

Probably the worst location I’ve been to on this side of town. Waited so long that I just ended up leaving. There was only ONE car in the drive-thru, waited so long that I decided to go inside instead. The people working there completely just ignoring customers and moved w/ no sense of urgency. When they FINALLY attended to a customer, I heard them tell them they were out of some of sides…at 4pm. That’s when I left. The poor service is consistent at this location. They either need new management or they should close. Complete disappointment.

We decided to grab a meal from this Popeyes before heading to our Bucs/Steelers game. Where do I start??? The soap container in the restaurant’s bathroom was empty and broken. The a/c had to have been broken, because I kid you not – it was somewhere in the neighborhood of 85-90 degrees in the lobby. They have a special currently going for their 2 piece chicken meals, the cashier tried to ring me up for the full price of the meal rather than mentioning anything about the special they literally had posted on the window. Although there was no one in the drive-through it still took 15 minutes or so to get our food. The soda machines in the lobby and behind the counter were TRASH. No carbonation, light syrup, just absolutely unacceptable and not suitable for drinking. There was a lot of food cooked and sitting under the lights at the counter, however still took forever to get our meals. My meal was wrong after all that waiting. By that time we were just ready to get as far away from this place as possible. EAT ANYWHERE ELSE!!! You have been warned smh. Do not spend your money here people.

Pretty slow service, I’m saying this because we were about ten people standing in the line for over 10-15 minutes and there was no sense of urgency(only one cashier at the register). There were extra staffs present there who were just walking and joking around with each other rather than acknowledging customers(big line). Only when the girl who was making sandwiches at the back came to the front and said to her coworkers in a firm voice to take care of customers who were standing in the line that was only getting longer then only the second cashier came to the register to help. Now don’t get me wrong nobody was rude or grumpy there but in a fast food you got to have a sense of urgency at all the time. Spicy chicken sandwich was worth waiting 25 minutes.
