The food was excellent. The staff were great but my only complaint was the place was very dirty as far as the tables and floors. They were very busy so I will let that slide. The parking lot looks like it was designed by a highly skilled professional. ✋️ ♂️

This Popeye is getting 1 star because we had good service. Every wing had feathers on it. There was no one in when we went in but ALL the tables and floor were DIRTY with crumbs all over the place and trash receptacles filled to the rims. There were about 4 employees, but no one seems to care. We wiped a table for us with napkins but when I went up to get our food, I told the girl the tables needed to be clean. VERY BAD MANAGEMENT! Will never come back. At least not to this one.

I’ve lost hope for Popeye’s ever being what it once was. We stopped in for a family meal through drive thru service. It was VERY slow for the three cars that were there. We ordered spicy chicken and the guy repeated it to us. We got home and NONE of the 8 pieces were spicy! This has happened to us MANY times there and in Pt. Charlotte. Is it really that difficult to keep plain separated from spicy?? I can get plain fried chicken much cheaper at Publix!! The sides were all good….thus the 2 stars. We won’t stop here again.

This store has the appearance of a newer store, the seating is limited. The food as always was great. We went in to order gor a group of 6 and the service was very quick and the attendant was very nice and knowledgeable. Good food, Good Service I would definitely visit again

Got into the “drive through” lane behind 3 vehicles. No movement for 5 minutes so I backed out and went inside. Slow service. Ordered a 2 pc snack ($7.39). Got it and sat down. The chicken was dry!! Halfway through my meal the vehicle that was first in line finally came by. About 20 minutes. The tables were not clean. The floor was dirty. No one really seemed to care. Very poor management. When I left the store, the 2nd car in-line finally came through. If it wasn’t for poor service there would be no service at all.

The chicken sandwich is always amazing. We’ve been to many locations and the sandwich is always delicious. This looked as if it was a newer location. Extremely clean on the inside and the bathrooms were nice as well.

Chicken was incredibly dry and super thin , for a $60+ meal it was definitely not worth it, management needs to tighten up on whoever is cooking because someone is lackin heavy. Stop overcooking the chicken! Also put a phone number on Google in case someone needs to reach out.

Sides taste amazing but the chicken I got on my sandwich tasted and felt like it had been sitting there all day not crispy at all almost soggy and I ordered a large side and they didn’t even fill it half way up . I love Popeyes but this was definitely not my favorite experience at this one.

They are great esp for starting up our here they comped our meal for having the register go down and it’s taking a long time they have made numerous attempts to help make sure things keep running smoothly. If you have a problem, just bring it to the managers attention, both times I went there were very transparent
