Not some time but every time in drive thru wait at least 20 to 30 minutes. They only take one order at a time then fill until they take next order. Also always out of something. I’ve been eating at Popeyes for 20 years and expect a little wait time bit this location on a different level. Would not recommend this location.

I brought home popyes and the coleslaw was off. It smelled rancid and tasted foul. I got sick from one spoonful. I called in the morning just to let management know. I was polite and simply suggested the check it out so no more was served and the manager acted as if I was lying. I wasn’t asking for anything and was calm and polite. Why the heck would I bother lying about spoiled coleslaw?

This place is AMAZING. The manager is the sweetest man I’ve ever met, he doesn’t hesitate to help take orders and if your order is messed up, he gladly fixes it and reimburses you. The restaurant is always clean as well. The food is top notch. This Popeyes is way better than the one in Zephyrhills.

Love this location. This is my favorite in the area. It does have it’s ups and downs like every fast food restaurant now. But most of the time it is worth. Best time to go is lunch and dinner time. After all it is a chicken restaurant. Great management team!

Drive thru, order took 15 minutes to get. I got the wrong order, waited another 15 minutes before I received the correct order. Terrible service. I don’t recommend this place.

VERY Disappointed! Very slow service, and cold, tasteless chicken. Even worse, you better be ready to wait 20 minutes for large orders! IMO this location does not yet have sufficiently trained staff to handle orders for more than 1 person… #BadExperience
