Kids that don’t give a damn run in the place at night. I ordered a two piece breast and wing with two sides. I got cold fries and three little last wings. They didn’t even have meat on them. This place rips people off and should be shut down. Go drive to another one in town. Skip this place. .

I went drive through order 2 big boxes and when I pick up my food, I asked to add a chicken sandwich. They told me that I have to drive around to order again. I understand if there was a line in back of me but no car behind me. They said it was a store’s policy. So I pay for my order and they gave me my change in nickels.

horrible customer service. i placed an online order and left 15 minutes after placing. when i walked in the employees looked at me but made no effort to greet me or anything. i said i had an online order expecting it be getting made and they said they’ll start it now. almost 45 minutes later i got my food. what’s the point in making an online order if i get my food after everyone (including people who walked in after me) in the lobby.

Everything about my service was horrible including the manager Dejinta!! After paying my money and receiving the wrong meal and a melted frozen drink I was told that it wasn’t that serious to want a refund. The Assistant manager was very rude without any cause. I was waiting for 30 minutes for my order while 7 other customers came in after I arrived and were waited on and received their food. It took the manager having to come out and ask her what was the problem, she apologized for the inconvenience for her actions. Popeye should terminate her job for being so unpleasant to customers. She doesn’t deserve to be a Assistant manager!!!.

Waited several minutes before even being greeted or order taken. Food prep took extra long and we didnt get our biscuits until after we were finished with everything else and I waited at the counter for them. They kept using the biscuits for drive through orders.Terrible customer service.
