Voodoo Trucker
This Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is located inside the Petro Travel Center in Dodge City, off I-65. I felt like the staff here were a little overwhelmed without the rather large crowd waiting to order and waiting for their oders to be prepared. I waited over 15 minutes for my oder, so I hope that the management will work on that with the staff.

We stop here every week, this one of the truck stops we fuel at, so we just usually grab dinner so that we don’t have to make another stop headed toward Indianapolis. The food is great, the customer service SUCKS to say the least. One girl that works here is so rude, she doesn’t acknowledge you when you walk up to the counter she just looks at you several times before she decides to take your order. HORRIBLE

It was a very old lady in there with a attitude problem telling me that I couldn’t customize my order I order a 2 can dine and all I asked for is no thighs because me or my wife don’t like them and the lady tells me that I can’t customize my order and I just stopped there and didn’t it like 3 days ago they lost a customer here and I will be reporting them to the corporate office I’ve never been told anything like that before and I eat at Popeyes all over the country

Extremely slow service. All I needed was a cup of Mac and cheese and a drink. They fulfilled the entire order ahead of mine, which was a very large order, before they would just turn around and grab the cup of Mac and cheese from the hot table behind them. I understand following protocols, but a certain level of common sense should also be utilized in the service industry.

If I could give zero stars I would. Came in today and as we were standing in line to order, a guy came up and told them that his shrimp was hard. Instead of fixing it right away she got an attitude and start talking with another employee about it then proceeded to leave for 10 minutes before coming back to give him his replacement. She then proceeds to gripe about it afterwards to the same coworker and about how she hasn’t had a break. The manager is no where to be seen or found. When this place first opened it was great now it’s not worth even wasting your time.
