August 6 , 2023 I went in Popeyes ordered 12 pc wing combo and 1/4 shrimp and 2strip combo everything was cold when I asked the manager can I get some hot food she replied they short of help and that I don’t have to eat here. If I’m paying my money is it to much to ask for your food to be fresh? She claims that she had just dropped the hard and cold shrimp and the chicken was cold. I understand being short staffed, and she could be the reason that your establishment is short of staff, her name is Mi just being nasty for no reason you got to drop fresh food anyway.

Leaving the 5 stars for the 2 nice gentleman working here around lunchtime at the cashier. Very polite in addressing everyone and quick to fix any issues that arise. The chicken is still juicy and not dry like some locations and the portion is huge! This piece I have is about half the tray. The spicy chicken is actually spicy and they have some great promos going on. Only issue I had was they accidentally put spicy in the mild box vice versa but all overlooked for the wonderful staff up front. Hopefully they are role models for other employees and locations because I’ve been to many locations this one has it right! Not all franchises run by outstanding people

The girls are super friendly. And tbh I’m there like everyday . Always clean. And the decor makes it different than any other Popeyes that I have been to. More cheerful than just bchicken place.

Ordered side of beans and rice for $3.19 and it was ridiculously small. Forgot to take that pic. Also a large side of green beans for $5.19!!!! And a small plain tea. $11.96! What a crock. Never again eating at this place. Was stuck with this only choice for trucking logistical reasons but NEVER again!

Extremely rude 2 younger women at front counter. Upon walking in and saying “hello” they proceeded to laugh in my face (in a very strange way without moving her mouth) and she said “what can I get for you….” to me. Then (to other girl who now turned her back) ” I don’t know I already told her what can I get for you!” The other girl with a turned back said somethkng about “she has that receipt” (the coupon) I just stared at both of them like really? So, I walked out. Other customers saw this. Not sure whats so funny about saying Hello and expecting decent customer service. I drove 30+ miles to the next location. This is why I never use Lincoln. The two times I’ve been here the staff is so ridiculous. Why even hire people like that?
