I ordered a 10pc family meal mild. Spent 27$ only to receive spicy!! Took it back it, only for the General Manager to tell me it is mild. I’ve worked and eaten at Popeyes many times. I know the difference! I was feeding small children and they couldn’t eat the food. Had to spend more money to get food somewhere else. The manager was rude! And the only thing the complaint hotline did was offer me 500 points in the app. I will never give that Popeyes another dime of my money!

The service was horrible, the server at the counter (jazz) was very rude.. I would advise everyone to never spend money nor go to this place.. I wish I could not even give them a star!! I waited in line while they sit there and play with ppl in the drive thru definitely will be contacting their corporate office

THIS LOCATION NEEDS HELP!!! They asked me to come inside because of 5-6pm shift change and there was only 2 cars in drive thru. Inside was very chaotic even with the 6 person crew on the clock, including the Mgr. (NOT MANAGING). Two crew people were off clock in lobby waiting on meals and 3 customers ahead of me waiting for orders to be taken. In short I left the store after nearly 40 minutes and avoided a near incident with customer who jumped several people in line to order and then tried to get her order of wings before I was given my order of wings. DONE WITH THIS LOCATION !!!

I got skipped line took for eva I only had a 30 min 17 was from waitin an I still didn’t eat anything from there to insult to my nature I tried to eat there 3 times different days an on the 4th when I finally got a chicken sandwich… if u got sum where to go don’t go here.. if u care about service don’t go here but u got time u want to eat wait it out

Dear God how is this place open? Went there for lunch on Friday and it’s the most ghetto place I’ve ever been to! Woman at the register was beyond rude, smells terrible inside, I started to order but changed my mind and walked out. Either close down or hire new staff!!!

I purchased a 10 piece chicken only for 14.99 upon seeing how I would pay the cashier ask me if I had cash and not card. He did not say card machine is broken do you have cash. That was strile one. Second issue, when I received the chicken and pulled away from the drive thru, I drove some distance before checking the box, ALL THE CHICKEN WAS OLD AND DARK. It had begun to get dried out. Further the chicken was not right in the box if you are unable to give the order as it’s written please let your customer know and they decide. This is the worst service I’ve had at a Popeyes. I will not be patronizing this one ever again. I plan to reach out to corporate and make a formal complaint as well
